Used these guys for years, sent my daughter today for a battery, said they’d fit it for her, once payment received, “sorry can reach bracket so not fitting it” disgusting service!

Called in for oil, very friendly staff, checked my car to make sure warning light was low oil and not a service. Checked oil level for me and topped it up. Absolutely great customer service. Didn’t try sell me most expensive product either. Highly recommend this shop.

This establishment is the best. The guys who work/own the company, are the most helpful, very approachable, informative and they know their products. Just bought a new battery. It was hammering down with rain . But the gentleman who owns Horton Motor Spares, fit my battery and he was drenched. But he still helped. Customer Service here is 100% Brilliant. I wouldn't go to any other retailer for any parts for my car!! DebAngel
