   Absolute jokers. Ordered parts picked them up and they are wrong parts. They then tell me over the phone that they knew they were wrong, so come and pick parts up that fit. They then tell me I have to pay the full amount and wait a week for my refund. Keep the interest. They said I should have checked parts. No point putting your reg in because you'll get wipers instead of oil. Don't know the manager's name but he was old and Scottish. Stay away people. Joke of a place. 5 grown men can't work out a refund but they can stay in the back for 10, because nobody else is busy?

   Went to pick up my parts as per the email time, only to be told they won't be arriving until the next day, so a 20 mile round trip wasted. Worse still the manager would not authorised it to be delivered, even though it was their fault, so have to do another 20 mile round trip. Useless.

   I have had plenty of visits to the Halifax and Bradford branches of Euro Car Parts and they are consistently good on service and price. I do a lot of my own repairs on my vehicles and have always been happy with the stock range and quality of parts that I have had. Staff are helpful too and will advise on correct fitments for the parts too.

   A very convenient business model! Booked a part for collection at the store. The checkout process was very swift and the booking went though immediately for collection after a few hours, with an extendable reserve. Went in for the first time, and the location was sparse but very tidy. The staff was friendly, and also asked if there was anything else I needed with my specific part I was picking up. Quick card payment and the transaction was complete. Great experience.
