   Had an engine from these guys that had an issue , without question they honoured there warranty , not only did they replace engine they picked the truck up which was 200 miles from them , refitted an engine at there cost even put a new battery in the motor free of charge which had nothing to do with the engine , I was expecting a nightmare as was very pleasantly surprised , highly recommend and you can buy with confidence

   Used Thornton Breakers today (17/11/25) for the first time. Fantastic website, easy to use. Three clicks of the mouse and a part I was desperate for was ordered and en route to me. I called the premises to double check that the sale and order had gone through. The staff member confirmed all that was required within a minute. Refreshing to see and hear. Restored my faith in customer service. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

   absolutely useless. called first thing in the morning as I urgently needed a part called twice to chase it up and was advised an engineer was looking at it withing the hour, called back after 2 hours and was rudely told "He would let me know, when he gets round to it" dont bother with these
