I am.literally begging for my refund. No reaponse at all. Wrong car part was sent though I clearly said on text and on phone. They made me pay for the return. Dont buy anything. They are costly and are liars. Stay away at all costs
I purchased a used Qashqai back in July 2025. I had never seen the car and relied on description and photos. When I picked it up the car was spotless and much better than I had hoped for. Mechanically has been a dream, no issues and no problems. The owner picked me up from the station at the weekend and was very helpful. I could not have hoped for a better service and I will certainly look at his shop next time I need to buy a used car!
DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS !!!! They take your money and then run with no regard to customer service or ensuring that you the customer get what you ordered ...these guys are money grabbing and tighter than tight.....you will end up disvappointed if you buy from them and chasing for the actual goods .....they have zero customer service and don't care what action you take against them .......trust me AVOID
⚠️ STAY AWAY from them ⚠️ Time-wasters, liars, and completely unprofessional! Avoid this place like the plague. I messaged them over eBay about a bronze passenger side door AND also called TWICE –they confirmed every time: “Yes, it’s available, ready for collection.” I drove all the way from Sheffield to Halifax (that’s hours of my day and fuel I’m not getting back), only to arrive and be told, after over an hour of waiting: “Oh we thought you meant grey... sorry mate.” Are you serious? How do you mess that up three times? The messages over eBay were crystal clear +what we spoke over the phone on the SAME day. This wasn’t a misunderstanding; this was straight-up carelessness or bait-and-switch tactics. If you value your time, money, and sanity – DO NOT trust these cowboys. Absolutely shambolic operation with zero professionalism. I wouldn't trust them to sell a doorstop, let alone car parts.
The staff were extremely helpful and were able to locate exactly what I needed, even following up promptly on my queries. Mr. Matloob handled my request with great professionalism, and I was very pleased with the competitive pricing. One key point worth highlighting is the vast number of salvage vehicles they have on-site. This makes it an ideal place to source those small, hard-to-find parts—such as wiring loom plugs or specific plastic components—that are often unavailable on eBay or through main dealers. Their pricing on these items is also exceptionally reasonable. I would highly recommend visiting if you’re in need of any car part.
Rip off company. I purchased an item from this seller on eBay and not only did he send the wrong part but it was in really bad condition and won't give me my money back. Not happy very disappointed
stay away from these people. i had to go to extreme lengths to try & get an engine that i paid £3800 but as of now have nothing. they don't answer phone a complete rip off had to report to action fraud
Poor service, brought off eBay, and paid for it to be shipped a certain way, they did not ship it this way (because I was apparently too far away) but at the end of the day that's not my issue, the item arrived damaged, and subsequently needed a full respray (and filling the deep gauges in the paintwork) when I contacted them for a partial refund (I was very reasonable seeing the item arrived a week late, damaged and not by the mothod of transport I paid for) they refused. Very poor service, ideally do not use. Brought parts from other provides previously that have arrived damaged, they were apologetic and always offer a refund or replacement part-how it should be done.
