   Fantastic service. Spoke to Peter on the phone, suggested an upgraded rear speaker set + tweeters for my Cayman 987.2. paid online and got the speaker a few days later. Installed them, and my word, what a difference it made. Build quality is exceptional with 3d printed adaptors. Sound quality is fantastic. Also got rid of the old speaker that was tired and rattling. Fitting was a piece of cake, truly Plug n Play. Highly recommend them.

   Initially purchased some upgraded front speakers and a COB led with Bluetooth controller for my VW T5 but due to issues with stock meant the order could not be processed. I got in touch with Peter who advised he could amend it to a phoenix gold set up and I opted to update it to include the rear speakers as well. I can not fault the service at all, all parts are now installed and the difference in sound is amazing. I will definitely be back to sort out a rear sub and enclosure once I finish the rear of the van! Thanks once again, Lee

   Poor customer service. Called 4 weeks ago to enquire about a full speaker package for an old Porsche. Gave my details and was told someone would call me back the following day. They never did. Followed up around two weeks later, gave all my details again and was told someone would call me back. But alas no phone call back. I appreciate that we are all busy but not even call back to schedule a future booking in date is just poor customer service to me. Won't bother calling ever again.

   Skipton Car Radio have provided me with quality service for approximately 10 years. They have built my sound system in two of my cars and the workmanship is top quality. I have recommended so mamy people to these guys and everyone has had a positive experience, the whole team are not only amazing people but have become fantastic friends. Whenever i need any support they reply immediately and help me out. I would never use another Audio company as these guys in my opinion are the leaders of their market.
