   Overall bad experience with them unfortunately. I waited a month for my laptop to get fixed, had to phone them everytime for updates. My laptop was unrepairable so asked them to retrieve the data, waited for another week, phoned them for an update and they said they hadn't started as it wasn't possible with the laptop being broken. Picked up my laptop, no apologies or anything. Took it to someone else who took the data off in 2 days

   Always amazing service in here. Great prices, you may be able to find cheaper but I don't think you'd get the same quality (parts or service), or guarantees on the repair. A few times I have taken things in and they'll try a few things then not charge me as none worked, despite the time they spent. Always very often, would 100% recommend.
