there customer service is very poor.. highly not recommended if you want to start your day Good I tried to use my voucher they said our system is not working this is my second time i visit and they said the same thing.
The staff that work here are all so incredibly friendly and welcoming that this is our favourite place to get coffee in Leamington! They've also recently redecorated the store, so its much brighter and now a lovely space to be in. I love to work here and recommend it when I'm meeting friends because I can rely on great service.
I had such a lovely experience at Caffè Nero on Regent Street on Monday. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuinely friendly service from both an Asian female and an English female staff member. They were incredibly polite, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. I ordered a mocha to have in along with a slice of pistachio mousse cake (which was absolutely delicious). What stood out most was how the woman on the till took the time to ask how I’d like my mocha. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel truly tailored and personal. It’s rare to find such attentive customer service these days, and it really made my visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back here again. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my day. You deserve the recognition.
Service is always lovely by the two ladies on this morning,one who is new and is doing really really well! Me and my sister always comes here for an iced honey oat latte !
The staff here are lovely and super friendly. The shop is always clean, and of course typical Nero quality food and beverages.

The place looks ok but ONE member of staff today at the counter. She must have been the only one in the place as we were waiting at the counter for more than 5 minutes. We left and went to COSTA which had 3 staff.
I was served by an Indian lady, I wanted to scan my points card which I do on a daily basis in other Nero cafés which works fine, the lady was so rude and adamant that I couldn’t use it and I had to use my phone. I explained my card is linked to my app but she was very abrupt and made me take out my phone to scan. Horrible experience on a special day out.
