Wanted a space saver wheel for a Honda Jazz. Friend told me to put a post on Breakerlink and Tay Motors were one of the many who responded. They were my preference due to location and price. Haven't bought parts this way before and so was very sceptical. Tay Motors whatsapped me a photo of the wheel they had, but I did a video call with them to satisfy myself all was genuine, which it was. I was assured the wheel would be delivered the same day (over 10 miles away and inc in price), and which it was. Can't really believe what a great service i have had.

Did not reply to text or email or answer phone call after I had purchased parts few months ago so could not get refund .
I have ordered for Honda 2000 Civic Ignition lock cylinder at around 16:30 and it was promptly removed from the scrap car available in garage and photo posted on wats app to confirm the part. The staff also promised that it will be posted the same day as I don't live in same town
Part arrived next day in spite of being ordered late morning. Excellent service thank you. Unfortunately, I do not require the part, as my garage tripled my quote over the weekend, and therefore it is now not cost effective to repair the vehicle. I will return the unopened item to you today for refund. Will not hesitate to use you again, thanks Ari.
