This place is dog friendly and child friendly, which I appreciate a lot. I’ve been there many times, usually for coffee with a slice of cake and I was always happy with the quality of cakes and beverages. I find the staff very friendly and welcoming. Recently I went there for breakfast and I came out baffled… i ordered sourdough bread with eggs, halloumi and avocado. It took quite a while to be prepared but that’s not what I thought was strange. Once the dish arrived it turned out the halloumi on my sourdough was served raw. When I brought it up to the waiter he assured me this is how halloumi is served there. I have never been served halloumi that has not been grilled, I find it very unusual. It made the whole dish unappetising and overall quite cold. I expected a warm, comforting, toasted sourdough on a cold and rainy day and I was disappointed. I recommend this place for atmosphere and friendliness but not for brunch or breakfast.

One star for this establishment because of the 40 minute wait to get our food and after we did get the food, the servers had forgotten a section of the order. We did go on a busy Saturday but to have to wait THAT long was disappointing. To add to this, please see the pictures of the ‘signature sourdough’ which are advertised as much bigger and the chicken BLT bagel. The chicken BLT bagel had a tough slice of bagel bread, unseasoned chicken which I think may have been just boiled, lettuce, two slices of tomato and one strip of bacon. They both came with a side of salad which could’ve been dressed better as well. The food was not worth the wait or price at all. The only good aspects to this shop was the polite server and the general atmosphere. I am sure if we came in for a coffee the shop would be just fine and it seems to be a wonderful place to get work done but the food items need a huge step up.

Would avoid this place. No facilities if you’re disabled or have a pram. The food was awful. They must have put the ‘toastie’ under a grill as the top cheese was melted but the rest was cold. How can you get a ham n cheese toastie wrong? Not surprised this place is empty.

Popped in today for a birthday breakfast. Staff could not have been nicer. We ordered two cappuccinos, eggs Benedict & smashed avacado on toast with crispy bacon. Food was delicious, coffee the same and service was friendly and attentive. Really like this place and would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 croissants, of which I was told they were sold so I swapped to flapjacks. These arrived within 5 minutes, but the coffees took a following 25 minutes to arrive. The cafe was clear chaos. Coffee tasted nice and so did the flapjack, but on leaving the cafe the 2 croissants were still for sale on the counter....

By far one of my favourite Coffee shops to visit in the week, weekends are slightly busy/slow but expected. To the young man who makes my coffee in the morning hands down one of the best cappuccino I’ve EVER tasted in the years I’ve become an official coffee drinker (and I’ve been to a lot of places) :)

Great coffee the worst loyalty app in history. Esquires is pretty good to work in. Coffee is good, not great and food is good. Have to say their peppermint tea is stellar. Unfortunately loyalty app should give you 5% cashback but it doesn't work most of time. Staff can not fix, app support don't respond. So esquires becomes the most expensive coffee place because no reward for loyalty. Indeed you feel ripped off because not getting the rewards. A loyalty app which puts you off is an epic fail, let's hope they'll fix it until then so many more rewarding and equally good options in Leamington. Update manager tried to sort loyalty app last week still not sorted.

I was working from home today and I decided to give this place a go for brunch work break before a hectic afternoon work. Here is my review. Super lovely and friendly staff. Really nice and clean premises. I love the latte art on my coffee it really cheered me up to be presented with such a beautiful cup of coffee. Tasty food at an affordable price and awesome vibe for brunch. They do offer some gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions. Overall I would strongly recommend this place.

Food was cold. Sausages must have been tesco own cheap brand. Manager did ask us how the meal was. We did tell him. And then never seen him again. Food was 1 star Coffee was really nice. I would give that a 4 star. However I won't be going back
