Really canβt praise the Click & Collect team enough for their assistance when the bank messed up the payment for my buffet order and it got cancelled. Their assistance was great - the lady ran around the store collecting items to make up the original order with the result that the event (which our local MP attended) went ahead on time without disruption.

A Morrisons cafΓ© is never the best. I travel all over the UK and I have yet to find one that delivers both hot, good quality food and a clean environment. Today, as in other Morrisons cafΓ©s, the service was very good. However, the food once again took more than 20 minutes to arrive. On previous visits I have waited as long as 45 minutes. I ordered scrambled eggs on toast, a porridge, and a green tea. The bill came to just over Β£10, which is very reasonable and good value. Unfortunately, the toast was burnt and the eggs were overcooked, though the porridge was fine. So why do I keep going back when the experience is often below par? It is cheap, cheerful, and relatively healthy. If they improved the cleanliness of tables and cutlery, and raised the standard of the food slightly, they would really be on to a winner. That said, I will not take anything away from Morrisons. It remains my favourite supermarket.

Good value full English breakfast with generous portions. Toast was crisp, hash brown golden, and everything came out hot. Friendly service and a relaxed cafΓ© atmosphere β great for a hearty start to the day.

I have never eaten such terrible scrambled eggs. It was obvious that the chef did not know how to cook. There was no taste at all. In addition, there are a lot of flies flying around the coffee cabinet. I was surprised that their hygiene is so poor. Frankly speaking, I will not come here again.

What a brilliant place! Came here with high expectations from a recommendation and we were certainly not disappointed! Kids roast dinner was a great size for Β£3.75 with a drink included in that price. I got the scrambled egg and toast and it was not the best Iβve ever had however for Β£3.50 it was definitely worth it. They even have lockers for the trolleys so it is clear that it is well thought through. The customers were also so friendly and told us we made their day.

Really excellent value for money the portions are really plentiful and love the fact that kids meals are free but have taken stars off for the chaotic disaster that the place was. Most of the tables needed clearing away, really badly understaffed, we ordered our food by the app and it came very promptly (which was great as we was with children) but our milkshakes wasnβt there, had to go and ask the only member of staff out front he said he would bring them over. He was then swamped by other members of the public then forgot to bring them over, he then looked and remembered and we finally had our milkshakes, this was not his fault as there shouldβve been more staff out front, huge credit to him for trying his hardest. Our kids meals were also meant to come with fruit but all the fruit was empty at the front apart from one single orange, such a shame as was only 12pm.

Food is solid, service okay. Good value for money. Can run out of nearly everything which is very poor for a supermarket and occasionally closed for no good reason. You can't rely on them which is a bit sad.

Thursday evening meal is valuable but the quality is poor. Fries are over cooked and not crispy. The burger bun seems pressed to become not a round shape anymore . The lettuce not fresh. This is my first time having a burger at Morrison cafe and I wonβt order it again here. I have tried Tesco cafe is much more better. Can someone help this cafe to improve the food quality?

Morrisons Brew cafΓ© The coffee smells amazing and is always delicious, i wouldn't want to get my coffee anywhere else. I am gluten and lactose intolerant and have never had an issue with the almond milk cappuccino. The area is always clean and tidy and the atmosphere is relaxed. The prices are really good especially compared to other coffee places and there is a good selection of snacks and pastries available if you do not have allergies. The member of staff i normally see there is easily one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. He always has a big smile to greet you with, super friendly, helpful and generally brightens up your day.
