I was very impressed with Ladyroyd Garage who sent Simon out to rescue me and my vehicle recently. Simon arrived within the advised time he was friendly, helpful and courteous which was much appreciated, I would happily recommend .
Ash came out to me when my car wouldn't start. Quickly diagnosed the fault, was very courteous, helpful, and recommended a local garage to help me out. He even rang the garage to check they had a battery in stock and to tell them I was on my way. Would definitely recommend!
We had a car due out to a customer which had the slightest of misalignment of the steering wheel. Following an attempt to track the car at another garage we were advised to call Ladyroyd Garage. They booked us in quickly and after a hour on the machine the car is absolutely perfect. Thank you for your efforts and professionalism.

Brought my car in for tracking before xmas. Drove lovely after, but they didnt quite get the steering wheel straight (when going straight). Although not under warranty, brought it back after Xmas and it was tweaked without any bother. Seems a large, well kitted out operation. Would use again.
I called them on the 27th of December after my motor home wasn't running properly! I didn't expect anyone to answer the phone but luckily for me they did. They were very helpful on the phone saying that they would have a breakdown truck with me ASAP. I only had to wait for 2 hours, then they transported it to their garage and proceeded to carry out the necessary repairs! I will be using them again in the future.
A very pleasant technician, called Stephen, came and recovered my car from Bradford, where it had broken down and, took it (and me) to my home in Hyde. Excellent service when it was needed.
Big thank you to all the staff at Ladyroyd. We were due to move our caravan on the Sat but the car broke down on Wed night(big Panic). Called green flag on the Thursday morning and was recovered to Ladyroyd that morning. Not only did they squeeze me in, the fault was diagnosed, part ordered and fitted and I had the car back by Friday dinner. The staff there super helpful and friendly. I cannot praise them enough Big thank you
If I could post 0 Stars, I genuinely would for such a disgraceful company! The worst company I could have ever dealt with, especially at a time when I needed them the most! I used my Breakdown cover with Greenflag and a driver from LadyRoyd Garage turned up to the scene, made me wait outside my car for 10-15 minutes whilst he sat on his phone in my front driver seat. Absolute Joke of a human, and a disrespectful one too! The registration of the truck he turned up in was 0008 TOW and I think the clowns name was Tim (a short scruffy looking guy) I was so patient! He then decided to walk around the car, take pictures, he said he’s just going to turn the truck around and guess what? The ******** drove off, without even an explanation as to what the issue was with the car! He could not be bothered loading my car onto the truck and taking me somewhere safe, he just left me stranded at 3:30am in the middle of nowhere! I called customer services and they said they will get back to me. I got a call 30 minutes later saying the driver ‘felt threatened’ and would not be able to return, so I have to make arrangements myself! Apparently he was the only driver working on a night shift in Bradford; is this what I pay my premium for? I’ve used Greenflag before and everything has been ok, however my experience with their subcontractor ladyRoyd garage this time around has been the worst experience I have ever had, and the worst part is none of it is even my fault. I was so patient with the driver even though he took the absolute mick! I’ve reported this experience and forwarded the captured evidence to the relevant departments for further investigation. I will post a review for Lady Roy’s garage on every single review platform I can unless someone gets in touch with me directly and discusses the reasons as to why I was treated this way. I would like to say though I will never feeel comfortable using GreenFlag again because their subcontractors are nothing but Jokes; Ladyroyd garage is one shambles of a company I will not recommend anybody to use again. Use them if you want to feel worthless!
