    I found Nest on another website as they offered a really fair price for a DPF replacement. I had an issue with it a month later and they found a faulty glow plug and replaced it free of charge, without question. They were friendly and helpful throughout (and let me know not to buy French cars in the future!). I also used them for an MOT last month where they sorted a few things for me, but couldn’t sort my boot not opening. They thought it was a switch, but said I may need a release switch replacing. They said that if i can source a switch, they will fit it free of charge. They have just sorted that for me as well. I cannot speak highly enough of this garage, they are friendly, helpful, and charge really fair prices. Compared to other garages i have used in recent years, that is fantastic to find. I will keep using them whenever I need, even though 10 miles away!

    I took my car to this garage for a persistent noise, servicing, tracking, and investigation of an engine management light, which I explained could be related to the noise. I paid for diagnostics and repairs, and was told during the process that the electrical wiring harness was damaged and would need to be repaired by another mechanic at additional cost to me. After collecting the car, the original noise was still present. I returned the vehicle and was then told there may be a transmission fault, but no repair was carried out. On collecting the car again, the vehicle made a loud bang while driving home. A few days later, an independent mechanic inspected the car and found that the engine mounting had come disconnected because the bolts had not been tightened, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. I returned to the garage with this information. They offered to inspect the car again but refused to carry out any repairs free of charge or accept responsibility. The car was returned to me in a worse and unsafe condition, despite multiple inspections, and no warning was given before it left the premises. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this garage.

    Had an MOT and full service done by Mac/Nat and the team and can't rate them enough. Everything was explained well, priced fairly and fit in around my schedule. Mac gives great advice on car care and knows exactly what to look out for and is happy to help whenever needed. The team are all friendly and go out of their way to help, even staying after their work hours to ensure I could collect my car when stuck getting there on time. Thanks Nest Autos

    Our car recently broke down due to the fuel injectors (all of them) they were straight on it, showing us the exact problem and what they were going to do to fix it. Had a courtesy car to get about in the meantime. From start to finish the service was amazing, and they're our go to garage from now on for all car needs (MOT/service etc) they really looked after us!

    Won't be going back. Ended up with a first time bill of £390 and second time bill of £140. Originally went with a knocking to passenger side suspension (which is still present now after paying them a total of £530) I originally also had a intermittent ABS/Traction control light. First time around they had the car from 9am until after 5pm. Picked it up only to be informed that I now had power steering warning light and a constant Traction control light on. Alas when driven the ABS light again started to be intermittent and the knocking on the suspension started again. Took it back for a second time to be informed a rear wheel bearing was the problem with the ABS/Traction control warning. Therefore another £140 was paid. The next day after driving a couple of miles the front suspension is again knocking exacly the same as I originally went to them. In summary an awful and costly experience. The original suspension knocking is still present after spending a total of £530. I guess their excuse will yet again be "it's a domino effect" - I'd say bad workmanship. Expensive part costs and inept mechanical procedures.

    Fantastic service from Nest Autos. My neices Citroen C3 developed a few issues a week afer we purchased it from a car dealer. The dealer in question advised us to take it to a VAT resitered Garage and they would pay thr bill. Nest took care of it all and sorted the issues out. I know it can be difficult dealing with penny pinching warranty companies, but Nest pulled it off. Highly reccomend them and will use again

    Nat at Nest Autos is absolutely amazing. I phoned late on Friday afternoon for some urgent repairs to be carried out on my vehicle. It was 5pm and he was ready to lock up the garage. I was desperate to get my vehicle in that evening and long story short he kept the garage open until I arrived there, he gave me a company lease vehicle to use, and he completed the urgent work over the weekend to ensure I'd pass an MOT on Monday. No other car garage in the area could do that and I'm very grateful for the excellent service I got. I'd highly recommend Nest Autos having been recommended them myself from one of the football parents. Great family run garage in Eccleshill, Bradford who is trustworthy and good at what they do. Thanks again Nat super job!
