Good communication. No faffing about. Car ended up needing a bit of extra work than it went in for and was all done for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
This company were booked to replace my clutch on Hyundai i10 on 20th May 2025. Everything went well, so I thought. On 14th June my car broke down on the M6 due to the clutch burning out completely. I was on the inside lane on a very busy Motorway. I had to call the Police, I had to be towed off and taken to my destination where another garage looked at my car. They found the clutch HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED AS REQUESTED AND PAID FOR, the clutch cable was tightened only. The mechanic from RSG garage has confessed it was not done with various excuses of new mechanics, let down by staff. I do not believe the excuses and believe that R Khan was well aware the job was not done. Appalling. The danger they placed myself and potentially other drivers on the M6 is unforgivable. If I could give a zero that's what they would get. DO NOT USE
Got sent an absolute headache of a car, and still got to work with no complaints, fixing my whole engine, and clutch in a very quick amount of time, at a good price and quality. Could not recommend them enough, will be my go-to garage from now on.
Do not buy a car from here or Sam Car Sales as they also like to go by. I am taking them to court and from reading these reviews I see I am not the only one. I bought a car on the Saturday, it wasn't right straight away and an engine fault appeared on the Tuesday. After a lot of attempted contact on my end, I eventually got Adam (also goes by the name Uqbah Khan and if you read the positive reviews on here, you'll see one of them is him. I have reported that) to agree to the refund - as per consumer rights 2015. I returned the car and now they are saying they won't refund. So they have my money and the car - further breach of consumer law. They lie and they can not be trusted, no matter how good a spiel he gives. What's really funny, is that they really don't have a leg to stand on, and will likely end up paying a lot more than if they just did the refund as they are legally required to. I have also shared this with some contacts I have within the local and national media and the local council. An investigation has begun. I will not stand by and let them do this to anyone else. I'll be seeing them in court very soon - I hope whoever you are reading this, takes what I'm telling you and let's it guide you far away from these lying, untrustworthy people.
I purchased my first car from RSG 5 months ago, must say they are very friendly and helpful. I bought a little belter ford fiesta it's just had its first Mot which it flew through was well happy. I highly recommend buying from this garage !!
Went to purchase a car, messaged about it Friday, said work needed doing.. so we agreed to wait for them to do the work this week, prove it’s been done and we will pay for the car. I then looked at the advert for the car to look over some details, was still available to buy and the price had been reduced by £50 from the original price we saw it for, dodgy.. and when was questioned if the belt had been sorted yet (5 days after the first message) we just got a simple ‘nothing been done yet’ - I am in desperate need of a car for my new job and can’t wait about. If it was my garage I’d be getting the car in first thing to solve the issue and getting it sold. Gone with someone else.
Wow what an amazing service from Rachid at RSG Richard Street in Bradford. My clutch at 80,000 miles was slipping, the car was revving too high. I didn’t want to use local garages in ilkley as would have been really expensive. I found Clickmechanics online after trying to figure out how to do this. I checked reviews online Trustpilot and there were hardly any negatives so I registered my problem they gave me immediate quote of around £500. This was Sunday afternoon. I was worried because I didn’t want to drive car but needed to do school runs. Rachid at RSG in Bradford accepted my job which set my mind at rest they said they could do it earliest Thursday . I rang him and asked if it was ok to drive he gave me good clear helpful advice and said that he might be able to get it done a day earlier. Wednesday came he rang in morning drove 14 miles to collect my car at 10am checked to make sure it was clutch and took car away. He updated me around 1pm to say it was going ok and He delivered car back at 3pm UNBELIEVABLE! the car is driving so well I’m getting much more miles to gallon. I am now going to use RSG in Bradford for any future work. I was nervous about not using local mechanic but my experience with ClickMechanic was amazing, 3 days to fit my job in for a great price. Superb! Update. So delighted with clutch 6 months ago I took back today for full service. Rash sorted in 2 hours good price including new wipers. Will be back for MOT in spring. Thanks again
Absolutely spot on. Went for an engine service and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Price and quality unrivalled and would highly recommend. Will be coming back here again.
I was quoted £2,200 by BMW to do some repairs on my 318D, as the ABS warning light had come on, and they said they would have to replace the drive shafts as well as the sensors. Thankfully, I declined their offer, and got the repair work done at RSG for a quarter of the price, without having to get new drive shafts installed (they were able to just clean off the existing ones instead). Great service, they collected the car and dropped it back off after the work was completed. Definitely recommended.
Amazing service, 100% the best garage I have come across by far. I had a wheel bearing replaced in less than 24 hours from the initial phone call. The service is 10/10 and very reasonable prices. I can not recommend this service enough, anything I need for the car now will be going to RSG
