Second rate garage, will actively avoid "larger jobs" speak to you like youre the idiot, work shy and uninterested in anything other than talking rubbish. No wonder they're quiet. Anything more than very basic jobs, go to a proper garage.
Booked my car in for today as I had a warning light on the dash, was told to bring it down as early as I could so they could plug it in to diagnose and rebook for any work, to which I said that’s fine, id rather rebook as I want to know costs upfront. Dropped my car off at 8:45, got to 12 and I hadn’t heard anything so rang them to find out they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. Phoned me at 2pm to tell me I can go get my car, it took an hour and I owe £54 for them to plug it in. No cost was mentioned when I booked for this and I have never paid for a diagnostic on my car before. Wasted my day off, ripped me off and will never use again.
Used this garage for a couple of years now. Fast reliable service and always nicely surprised when I get the bill. Fitted a back light for me that I had smashed free of charge. Will always return.
I rang over the Christmas period, as my car had electrical problems. They fitted me in as soon as they could, took a look at it, and soon after fitted a new ABS sensor. All problems sorted. Thank you
Car made a worrying pop/hiss noise and then proceeded to have little power. I rang them and they said they'd look at it that day if left it with them (very good of them) but I was unable to leave it. Said they'd have a quick look anyway so took it straight over. Popped the bonnet and a large air intake had come apart. £5 and a metal jubilee clip later, all fixed. It replaced a thin plastic cable tie so should last a lot longer! Thank you so kuch for a fast, friendly service.

Been here a couple of times now 2 very nice guys who seem to take no nonsense, seem fair and honest and even gave me a top up of oil free, not had a problem

I dropped my Freelander 2 off at the garage with an ABS fault. The guys quickly confirmed an issue with the a front wheel sensor. The fault was quickly fixed and I was back on the road. I believe the mechanic is called Steve. Top marks for a job well done. Also great value for money.
