    Have been going to North Bridge Motors for years upon the recommendation of a friend, however the communication has become so bad that it is no longer worth going there for the better prices, which aren't as competitive as they used to be. Nobody answers the phone and if you get a response from the text line it can take several days and answers consist of a few words, sometimes you don't get one. I arranged for a service and was told someone would definitely be there at 07:30. I waited until 07:45 and resorted to posting keys through letter box as have done before because no one came. I had requested it be a full service via the text line but it must not have been monitored as they oonly did a basic. I have asked when I can bring it in to rectify the matter there has been no understanding, have just been told to drop off on Tuesday morning and collect in the evening, meaning another day of toing and froing to and from town twice. Unfortunately this will be the last time I go here
