Couldn't put my car in gear. Rang several people who couldn't do anything for a week and either said a new clutch was needed or didn't comment. Garnett Street asked a few questions, said it sounded like hydraulics, not the clutch itself, gave a price, helped me sort out a tow truck, and got it sorted by the end of the day at a reasonable price. Very, very happy.
Thank you for solving this tricky problem on my car. Struggled for 2 weeks been to many garages paid for recoveries and this gentleman has took 3 days but solved the issue. Was advised to change engine but Issue was high pressure fuel pump. Best guy in town.
Being a car guy and enthusiast it’s difficult to find a mechanic who shares the same passion for cars as myself (usually just a job for most) but Nabeel has been looking after me and my cars for over a decade because he is also a fellow enthusiast who genuinely looks after you. In my experience I have always found him to be incredibly trustworthy with the parts that he provides and with any work being carried out. He forwards me any relevant updates and gains consent prior to going ahead with any further work that may need to be actioned. I personally, have also never had to bring my car back to him for any remedial work as it’s all been perfect from the get go. Thank you again for looking after our cars.

Nabeel is a total scam artist who over charges and causes more issues to the car. When you only had one issue when arriving. His prices are ridiculously exspensive and he is just trying to make money out of people even tho the faults he claims the car has don't even exist he tried ripping me off £1200 for just a turbo he claimed the dpf was not cut right and that the engine had dirt stuck inside of it and also that the car needs remapping again. Nabeel claimed that my exhaust flexi pipe needed changing his total price was £1200 he scares people into paying by saying that it's really serious when it is not. He also damaged and broke parts in my engine bay which I now need to get fixed he charged me £40 for the diagnostics. I wouldn't even rate it a 1 star because I still think that's too much. Avoid this garage
This garage is down the road from where I live. I never really used it before until recently. The garage in all honesty is always full of cars showing me that business is definitely busy with the volume of cars they always have in for repairs etc. The owner called nabeel is unbelievably sound. Friendly great customer service and very reasonable in terms of price. Really trustworthy. I gave him a Vauxhall insignia which I thought had a turbo problem. Before I took it to him I took it to another mechanic who told me I’d need a new turbo which would cost me around £500. I then decided to get a second opinion on this problem by nabeel. Who said leave the car with me a day I’ll have a look and we will take it from there. A day later called me back up promptly after seeing the vehicle. Instead of potentially being dishonest like most garages would be he told me the absolute truth and it was just pipes that needed replacing a cost of £90. Since then i wouldn’t go to any other garage. Got my car back drove absolutely perfect. Honesty in garages is hard to find and if am being completely honest. Definitely worth giving a go if your car has issue. Many thanks to the lads at garnet street garage. Much appreciated.
