Dwaine and his staff had my car in and out in no time had a flat this morning on way to work and didn’t realise but they sorted it for me straight away doing a puncher repair and fit me in despite being busy. Great garage, I’ve called a few times and always took time out of their day to check any concerns I have had. Just had a mot for the first time, great communication throughout, had the car back same day with all work completed. If you’re looking for a reliable honest garage I would 100% recommend this one. Amazing customer service.

Used Battinson for the first time recently after someone recommended them following issues with my usual garage. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, kept me informed and even gave the car a quick wash before returning it. I especially like the invoice being emailed as well as printed and like the keen eye for detail such as the new locking wheel nut bag, service record etc, small things but customers love it! Thanks guys and I'll certainly be using you in future!
I've been taking my car to Battinson Auto Centre for Mot, servicing etc for several years after recommendation. The staff are friendly, efficient and do an amazing job. They also go above and beyond to help.
1st time using battinson today, amazing service fixed my issue even though it was the cheaper option they could of easily done both, and i had my little 3 year old girl with me, they were lovely with her, definitely my go to garage now,
Extremely helpful. My mum was in London on palliative care and she took a turn for the worst. My car was booked for an MOT for the following day elsewhere. Although they had no free slots, they managed to squeeze me in and MOT my car on the day I called. Thanks to them I was able to get to London on the same day (late in the evening) to spend some valuable time with my Mum. Sadly, she passed away during the following day. But thanks to these guys I was able to be there for her. Had I gone ahead with tue other MOT the day after, I would not have made it to London before she passed. I seriously doubt they will ever fully understand just how grateful I am. My car failed its MOT the first time round on the headlights, but these guys adjusted them for me free-of-charge and then it passed. It just goes to show that not all MOT places that also do repairs, use the MOT as a hook to get them to do work on your car. I can't recommend these guys enough. This will be my regular garage from now on. In my experience, such integrity is not easy to find.
I have been using the garage now for several years. In all that time I found Duane and his staff to be professional and polite. You can engage them in conversation and discuss vehicle issues without being made to feel uncomfortable or daft. They will do their upmost to accomodate you even at very short notice. The business is run with honesty and integrity by good people. You know when you've found a good garage and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
