Very pleased with first visit to this repairer . Car is new to me (12 years old) and has not been too well maintained. Faults quickly diagnosed and repaired at a very reasonable price. Even though I have to get a bus, train and taxi to drop off or pick the car up, it is my Volvo repairer of choice.

I just want to say thanks to Joe & Craig for their first class service provided to fix a problem with my Volvo V60. This wasn’t an easy task since they were following (incorrect) work done by another local mechanic and they had to track back to find the problem. With some patience and persistence, they managed to fix it and I’m very happy. Would recommend their services to anyone

Card or cash accepted. - Volvo VIDA DICE Diagnostics Reason for visit : Volvo Diagnostics Although i have a mechanic, i needed the official Volvo VIDA DICE diagnostics check to be done on my motor. I rang them up and explained this is all i want doing and they were more than happy to oblige. They gave me a price, no frills no hassle. Had me booked in and kept their promise. There was no pressure, no sales, nothing of the sort. It was my first visit so i was a bit nervous about what would happen, whether they'd keep their word or overcharge etc usual fritters. However there was nothing of the sort. Just as i walked in, i was greeted. I didnt need to flag anyone down. They have a small reception room with two seats. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The car park was tight, so i left the car with them. They were happy to take it in and once they finished, they kindly parked it in a nice open area for easy exit. They carried out all the checks thoroughly and then once finished, gave me a call. The location is great, easy to get to and there are places you can walk for a bite too and they aren't so far. A 5 minute walk to Listerhills and theres a Post Office with a free cash point if required, a subway, few other small shops and a supermarket. When they finished, they gave me a call, were happy to wait for me to turn up as i went for a walk and once i arrived, we sat down to go through what was discovered. They were very thorough and helped me understand the bits i didnt know about. There is a reason they come well recommended on the VOLVO Forums & im glad i booked in.
