1st class service From phoning up in the afternoon to been told to come in straight away to do the repair was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t ask for any more from the customer service to the actual repair. They fixed what I thought was completely broken. Top effort guys and I’ll definitely come back again and tell people who to go to if they have any problems like mine.
Head unit (Boost CD) buttons not working on certain generations of Mini cars is a well documented problem, all due to poor design choice by BMW/Mini. The unit can no longer be purchased as an original spare part. However, Revtronic repair that fault at an economical price. I posted my faulty unit to Revtronic on a Thursday, It got there on Friday, by Saturday morning I receieved a message that a courier will pick it up and deliver to me. The unit was picked up by the courier on Monday, I got it on Tuesday early afternoon. If it was not for the weekend, it would have taken less than 72hours from sending it. That is an amazing service. Needless to say, the unit's fault was rectified and I now have a radio head unit that has all its buttons working again.
Amazing service! When our KIA’s Satnav/Radio screen suddenly decided to show only random lines the prognosis by the local dealer was a replacement unit at a cost of upwards of £1500. Fortunately another company recommended Revtronic in Bradford and after a phone call and e-mailing pictures of the screen to Pops the diagnosis was that just the screen needed replacing. After removing the unit I posted it off on Monday. And was surprised to get a call on Wednesday to say it was fixed, tested and ready to be returned, and duly received it back on Friday, ready to be refitted the following weekend. The screen was clearer and brighter than the original and all the functionality was back. It really is great to find a company who are able to repair a unit rather than just saying the only solution is to replace it and what’s more at a substantially lower cost than a new unit. Not only that, but the service was excellent with really helpful staff and such a short repair time. Again many thanks to Revtronic and in particular Pops. I sent off my BMW head unit to Revtronic for the EntryNav 2 CarPlay activation, which included fitting a WLAN port. I couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK that offers this service. The turnaround was fast; I had it back within a few days. I ran into a small issue as I wasn’t using the same size screen from factory, so I gave them a call. Banny was especially helpful and provided great service. I ended up driving over to see them in person and he got everything sorted. I’d highly recommend Revtronic.
I highly recommend Revtronic. They went the extra mile for me in sorting out the Sat Nav in my Golf. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are also very knowledgeable and professional. They fixed my Sat Nav for a fraction of what the dealer was charging and it now works perfectly. I cant thank them enough.
Took my tt 8 n cluster in in 2017 they replaced the display but the brightness never aligned with the other lights . A microprocessor was replaced. 2023 needles sticking so took it in again their judgement was unrepairable. But I have it fixed now by motiveelectronics, v cheap too. They sent me astounding pictures of the internals. Of my cluster. Which reveal very poor soldering and installation of the display . On this properly verifiable basis I would not recommend these in Bradford at all. They’d even tried to melt the needle stems so that they’d stick tighter to the shafts

Absolutely delighted - first rate repair work for a very reasonable price on my MINI Boost radio/cd unit. The turn round time was amazing - after posting my unit to them I had it back within 48 hours all working perfectly! Very highly recommended!
