Never go there!! I went there to get two tyres changed, and one of them burst while I was on the motorway – cost me £200 in damages. When I went back, he was incredibly rude and had no explanation. Avoid this place at all costs for tyre changes!
Mr Khan, owner of Halifax car care centre is a scammer. Sold me a second hand rear bumper and told me it got lost in the post. Strung me along telling me he was going to refund me my £100 and never did. Don't deal with this person
What a great service from these gentlemen.. They were aware of my circumstances and dealt with it impeccably... The finnish on my repair was absolutely spotless . I can't thank the management enough for going the extra mile and giving me such sound advice over the phone on multiple occasions! Always happy to help and super friendly ! .... Purchased Audi A6 Estate in August 20, agreed and paid for 6 months independent warranty never received and ignored our calls so we gave up! Few months after purchase found out expensive problems with car including flywheel, boot leaking and other problems. Do not buy from this company!
BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I bought an an Audi A4 Cabriolet from this company £4050. They delivered the car to my address the same evening. The next morning when I looked at the car on my driveway there was a pool of oil beneath the car. I rang the company immediately they said it must be drips from when the engine bay was steam cleaned. When I turned the car on a warning light came on the dashboard stating there is an issue with the brakes. I spoke to the company they stated it was just I sensor that I needed to replace from eBay at around £8. I had to drop my wife off at work so we took this new car on the motorway. After approx 35 miles the DPF filter warning light came on, followed by the engine management light and then the car went into a limp mode and hardly moved. My wife got a taxi to work. I rang the company about this and they said the DPF isn't covered by the guarantee. I explained this is the 1st time I'd ever driven the car since them dropping the car off the night before. Apparently not their problem. I then took the car to a DPF repair garage and they stated that the DPF filter was totally blocked and the back surge of pressure from this is also causing the oil leak from the breather pipes on the rocker cover. The DPF repair cost £524, the oil leak repair will also cost money to repair as the engine rocker cover need replacing and fitting, (£384) The DPF garage looked around the car and also pointed out that both rear tyre side walls are all cracked and the brake warning light on the dash is due to corroded brakes, new disks all round (£400) They asked me how much M.O.T is on the car and I said 12 months as that is how Halifax car centre had sold me the car just yesterday. The DPF company stated that this car is not roadworthy and could never have 12 months M.O.T. on it so they checked the government website and guess what, the M.O.T actually runs out in 8 weeks time so yet more dodgy dealings!!! SO £524 on day 1of owning this car from HALIFAX CAR CENTRE, brakes to sort out, oil leak repair to get done, tyres to get replaced, M.O.T to get done and the cost of my wife now getting taxis to work as this car has been in the garage for repair all week!!!!!! I have rang the Halifax car centre everyday this week to discuss this matter but guess what......the guy is off today, back tomorrow everytime i call. I've left messages to call me back, surprise surprise no call backs either!!! I also overpaid £50 for the car due to a banking error and the sales guy said he would return that back to my account but apparently his garage company account wont allow refunds or new payees so this never happened either!!!! BE WARNED, STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. VERY DODGY AND UNDERHANDED SERVICE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY TOO. GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY GARAGE INSTEAD WHOM DON'T TELL YOU LIES AND SELL UNROADWORTHY CARS JUST TO GET A SALE. Without doubt THE worst company I have ever purchased anything from. I AM NOW TAKING THIS ISSUE TO TRADING STANDARDS AND ALSO TO PURSUE THIS THROUGH A SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
Called here with a nail in 1 tyre & another was balding ,they fixed the problem & offered a replacement inexpensive Mitchelin tyre . They offered coffee & bhajis while I waiting in the cold. Excellent customer service. The following day I had my MOT done (passed. ) I Highly recommend these guys. Very honest & quick service. I will always used this car centre from now on . Lovely place these guys take time and make sure your car is sparkling. They go.the extra mile with smaller things. Such as alloy wheel cleaning and other checks. Pleasant workers. Would highly recommend. Keep up good work guys.
