Recovered a trapped forklift from in a hole. Both Dave and Cj arrived within the time given. Remove the truck without any damage. Enabling us to continue our business. Both were extremely friendly but professional. Would whole heartily recommend.
When my Saab's engine seized, the AA dropped the vehicle close to my mechanic's place. However, he couldn't do anything with the vehicle, it needed to go to a Saab specialist. The vehicle was left in a vulnerable location. The mechanic recommended HX Recovery. I called Chris and Gary. Within 1 hour they had collected my car and they stored it for me in their compound until my Saab specialist had room to take the job in. This was a matter of 2 weeks. HX Recovery could not have been more helpful or obliging. Nothing was a problem or trouble. They delivered my car to the specialist and sent me the bill, which was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
