   We originally made our wills via this company and decided it was time to update them. Although we live in Gloucester we travelled to Yate to set this in motion. We met Hamzah Odeh who thoroughly explained our options and listened carefully to our requests. He advised us on the best way to proceed and we were absolutely delighted with how things went. We met him on three occasions as we decided, on his advice, to proceed with Power of Attorney, and on all three occasions he was so explicit on all the processes. What an an absolutely delightful person he was to deal with. Thank you Hamzah.

   After an e mail to enquire about setting up a Will I had a reply from Hamzah answering my questions and on that basis I made an appointment to discuss and put in pace. Hamzah went though the process explaining what could be done and options available to me. All was agreed and my Will was drawn up which I had a meeting the following week to sign.    I was looking to have an initial will drafted and found the service offered to be excellent. Hamzah was very thorough in terms of walking through my wishes and explaining the best legal ways to approach those. He also highlighted areas I would not have been aware of without his help. Although a will might not be something we wish to do or put off (as I have done in the past), it is certainly easier when the process is pain free! Highly recommended.

   Used WWAPS as executors to our late fathers estate and we also have our wills with them. Initially met with Danielle in the office who was professional and approachable, she explained everything that would happen and a time frame, which actually occurred quickly than expected by about 5 months. Information, advice and support was given by Danielle, David and Tom over the course of 13 months to settle the estate. Questions where dealt with in a timely manner, the only issues where a small error was unfortunately made in an email communication and in a small portion of administrating the estate. Given this we are overall very grateful for the service provided at a time of such loss and grief. thank you again
