   Really poor experience! I contacted Ward in August 2024 with details of my claim following a request for information from them. They informed me that this had been allocated to a solicitor (Alison Underhill). In September 2024 I still hadn’t received any further communications so sent a follow up email to both Alison, and her secretary. No response received. I chased this again, with no response received. In November 2024 I called Alison’s secretary to chase this up, to be told to consider finding another solicitor as Alison is overwhelmed with work and hasn’t had chance to look at my case. This has been in the hands of Wards for approximately 4 months, and has impacted limitation times. Shockingly poor service, I do not recommend.
