   I had the rather good fortune of finding Duncan from Fobfix after the rather unfortunate bad luck of my only key breaking! The potential for a very costly recovery to Porsche was averted and not only did Duncan fix my remote and reprogram me a new fob but he also very kindly advised me through the whole process of stripping and re assembling the car to get to the immobiliser unit out. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Top rate bloke and a top rate repair & service.

   Duncan was great. He called me following an enquiry to talk through my problem and the service he offers. Sent the required items over on Friday afternoon and i had them back on Tuesday morning. I'm confident had i sent them mid-week, they would have been back with me in 24 hours. Highly recommend for W204 Mercedes ESL Emulator.

   Amazing service. Great communications and fast turnaround. Posted my Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS) and key fob on Thursday afternoon and my fully programmed Electronic Steering Lock (ESL) emulator was posted back the following day (arriving Saturday). All worked perfectly and my car is now back on the road within 4 days, following the common Mercedes W204 ESL failure. I can't praise Duncan at Fobfix highly enough for the speedy and professional service.

   Needed a spare key for my car. Went on line and found fobfix. I emailed the company and was given a very prompt reply with details and price. Made appointment for next morning. Less than 15 mins from my home which was a bonus. Gentleman by the name of Dough delt with my problem and i must say an absolute gent. Kept me informed of the whole process step by step. My key was a proximity key so it needed programming to my vehicle. The whole process took around 30 mins.Dough programmed my new key and cut the new blade to fit the door in case needed in an emergency. He even put a new battery in my old key and gave me a spare battery . An absolute gent and a fantastic friendly service. I would not hesitate to use fobfix again and will let my friends know where to go if they need a spare key. BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!!..

   Duncan was brilliant, I sent the key on Tuesday & it was returned 48 hours later. The replacement key works perfectly & I cannot recommend Fobfix highly enough. DO NOT go to the dealer, they will charge ten times more for the same service.
