   I panicked this morning due noticing a flat tyre on my car, and knowing that my husband wasn't well enough to deal with it!! I rang MCC at Manchester Road and was highly satisfied. They sent a lovely young man out, within 20 mins and repaired my tyre. The cost was £40, but i had had been quoted £60/£70. Thank you for your great and please praise the professional, polite young man that completed the repair.

   Unfortunately need to severely downgrade my previous glowing review. To start, the work done was: - 4 new tyres - Balancing - 4-Wheel Alignment for my Landrover. After the work was done and I had driven a good 50 miles or so, I was about to go off-roading so I stopped to double-check my tyre pressures. I found that some of the tyres had loose bolts, they were so loose that I could do them with my fingers. As well as this, all four tyres were inflated to 45 PSI which is way above the recommended amount (33 PSI). So I had to stop and carefully deflate all of tyres at the side of the road, and tighten up the loose bolts. At the time I ignored that complaint and chalked it up to bad luck. But today I have encountered something else, which is the reason for me adding this review today. I did some suspension work myself last week so needed to get the wheel alignment done again. I took the car to KwikFit, where I was told that the track rods are so rusted and seized that he physically can't do the alignment unless I replace the track rods myself and come back later. He took me under the car and showed me that it was physically impossible to do it, and that the previous alignment by MCC (only one month ago!) was definitely not done at all - "It looks like they just slapped some grease on the threads and left it". So when I got 4-wheel alignment done at MCC, what did they actually align? My conclusion here is not a direct criticism of MCC, but certainly of whoever did all the work on my car. Careless, lazy, or both. What I will say is the staff at MCC are great, friendly, good people, but obviously I can't be happy with the work that was supposed to have been done. And this isn't the first review complaining about dodgy wheel alignments at MCC - make of that what you will!

   MOT booked in. 8.30am - the guys never stopped all morning . dealing with customers in a professional manner. my mot failed - but lads booked the work in to be done immediately. To be honest I wouldn't go anywhere else now. honest review. happy customer Debbie Angel xx xx

   I just had a new exhaust fitted. I took it down for them to have a look. He told me he could to the job while I wait. It took about an hour. As I waited in the clean and friendly waiting room I saw plenty of customers come and go. It was crazy busy and the staff all looked very busy. But they all had time to chat with each customer. Everyone left smiling. I over heard them giving good honest advice,that definitely lost them money. A bunch of great lads there. Thank you, you have a good team

   I called in first thing on Saturday morning with a problem what I thought was a rattling exhaust. After a quick chat my car was driven over an inspection pit & the fault was a corroded heat shield balancing on my exhaust back box. A quick tug to remove it & I was back on the road. MCC didn't charge me a penny. Many thanks guys. Great service. You're a credit to your company.
