They did an amazing job absolutely amazing worth every penny they sorted out my exhaust system on a day and wheels alignment also superstar and if any issue they happy to see you back only can recommend them! Big shout out to Anson and Michael!!!
It was a busy Saturday and they managed to squeeze me in. They also didn't just rip me off and change the tyres like other garages suggested they repaired it at a much lower cost to me. Very helpful and friendly.
I have just had a rear shock absorber fitted . The whole process was excellent. Good cost, easy booking and the apparently new Text Update service worked brilliantly. Would reccomended Halifax, and the manager Steve , extremely highly .
The gentleman in charge was extremely helpful, even though it was a Bank Holiday Sunday with only one other member of staff present. The telephone kept ringing, several people came in wanting quotes, one irate customer made accusations of poor service, and yet he dealt with all of this in a most professional and pleasant manner. I was seriously impressed.
A puncture repair was needed quickly and only found late in the afternoon. Halifax Pellon Lane branch were happy to help and sorted the problem sufficiently and with a friendly service. This meant I could continue visits for caring for my daughter who is currently bed bound. Thank you so very much for the excellent service. I'll be back for new tyres later in the year.

I knew that my car needed two new headlights, I visited Kwik Fit and explained that my car needed a MOT and two new headlights. I took with me details of 4 companies that could supply new headlights for my car and had them in stock. The guy, Steve, said book it in for a MOT on Friday and we will sort it and explained that they would not be able to use any of the 4 companies that I had suggested because they had to use a Kwik Fit approved supplier and what’s more it would be far cheaper than the prices I had. So I took my car for a MOT at Kwik Fit on Friday, Steve was not working that day. Surprise, surprise the car failed the MOT because of the headlights and they said that that Kwik Fit had spent the last 4 days looking for two new headlights and said that they could not find a supplier anywhere in the UK and that they would continue to look and that they would contact me when they could get them. That was a week ago and they have not been in contact. The 4 companies that I suggested still have them in stock. The car is nothing special a standard 2012 Vauxhall Insignia, but Kwik Fit are unable to supply two new headlights from a Kwik Fit approved supplier.
