   I had 4 x brand new tyres fitted here. Immediately noticed severe vibration at motorway speeds. Took a day off work to take it back to them so they could rectify the situation. And asked them to re-balance all the wheels as I had 4 new tyres fitted. Technician told me that "they don't balance rear tyres". Obviously the problem persisted even after return visit. Severe vibration at motorway speeds. Took another day off work to return it again. This time they eventually managed to sort the issue, by guess what......balancing all 4 wheels, like they should have done in the first place. The Halfords website even stresses the importance of getting wheels balanced properly. So..... I am now 2 days off work worse off, because the garage didn't do what they should have done in the first place. Oh and don't bother trying to complain. The customer services email address is "no longer monitored". And live chat function on the website just gets ignored. Ive spent thousands over the years on new tyres when this place was the old National Tyres but since it got bought by Halfords I would think long and hard about taking your car here now. Ill never use them again.

   I'm fairly certain it's a good example of what you would expect from. Halfords Autocentre. I've had tires fitted and been in for a cargo box fitting and even some brake fluid. One weird thing was the Autocentre had fluids but when I asked if they could check which was right for my car they said they didn't have that facility and I had to goto the other location for that. Come on Halfords, help your staff out and equip them to make a sale! If you sell and display the stuff let them do this! But otherwise they've been just fine.
