Only dine here if you want to be racially profiled!!! Not sure why in this day and age the server felt it necessary to describe me on my CUSTOMER RECEIPT as an ‘ASIAN MAN’ when my Table number is also clearly shown. Being midweek the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and I was the only one seated at this table! Please train your staff better - this is terrible customer service.

Don't be wary of eating here, both our meals were excellent. Very tasty and cooked with care. Great selection of drinks including alcohol-free. Staff were very friendly and helpful too

Very disappointed. Called three weeks ago to make a reservation for a large party of 30 people with preorders was told that this would be absolutely fine and that the manager would send the menus to make these preorders the following Monday when he returned from annual leave. A day later received a call that the chef was refusing to fulfill this booking unless we did a buffet which would be £25 per person for a curry. This seemed very expensive for a basic curry when mains are usually around £15. The chef then said if we gave enough notice they could do the preorders but couldn’t guarantee it would come out at the same time. I was happy with this and told to wait for the manager to send preorders over… these never arrived so 8 days after I was meant to receive the menus I called and spoke to Connor the manager who said sorry he’d need to confirm with the chef again who was of on annual leave now for a week. I explained we needed to know asap as we would struggle to get the preorders in on time without enough notice as it’s 30 guests. Was told I would recieve a call the next day once they spoke to the chef… shock… this call never happened so I called up and was told the manger had gone home for the day and would be in touch tomorrow. Then recieved a phone call today that the chef was not happy to fulfill the booking despite this already being agreed we are now left with very short notice to find an alternative venue that can accommodate our booking. Something that had we been told no upfront rather than passed from Pilar to post we’d of been able to sort weeks ago. The whole standard has been incredibly poor and frustrating. Last year we had the same booking, date, time, amount of guests and the venue was absolutely fantastic at looking after us so I can only assume there is new management or new chefs.

Really handy bar / restaurant when staying at the Doubletree hotel on-site at the arena. It was a non-matchday when I visited and the bar was very quiet but the barman was extremely welcoming and the food choices were great. Had halloumi burger and fries, which were really good. Loads of screens, I'll table, big bar area and lots of seating - I imagine it's a good atmosphere when busy as well.

A nice venue for a casual pint and the food is decent when it eventually comes. I visited with a group of people, it took ages to get drinks. Once we had ordered food, it took an hour and a half to arrive. The staffs were apologetic, but its simply not acceptable. Better management is needed here.

Very nice food.. But unfortunately the place is losing its name due to the staff working here.. Super unprofessional, arrogant, and not welcoming at all.. @Owners, it seems the ladies you have at the bar are not happy at all with their job or don't like to work at all.. It is better to get the right people for this job. Else, such a nice atmosphere is losing its credibility.. I'm super disappointed with the unprofessional and non welcoming behaviour....

I visited the bar during exhibition days. Chilli Nachos were amazing, draft beer fresh and tasty and the staff very professional.

As stadium bars go; this is actually a very nice one. Friendly efficient staff, clean toilets, pleasant surroundings. And, only £5/pint for Heineken; which for a stadium isn't too bad.. 1/10/22 update: The food, while not the cheapest, was very good

Visited whilst on work Event. Pleasant place, shuffleboard is great and we had 6/7 people playing on rotation. Actually food was nice, prawn option was very good. Drinks as expected, could do with some Belgium beers bottle options. Staff all quiet young but offered nice service. Lunchtime menu is limited. Note amount of stars doesn’t mean it’s good or bad for me, review more important!
