I just want to say thank you to everyone at this dental practice for being so helpful this week when I had a painful infection in my tooth/gum the receptionist managed to get me an appointment that same day and the dentist herself was brilliant had to go back and was seen to straight away x The staff are so friendly x
After not visiting a dentist for five years, I was very nervous about going back. Miss Callaghan, my dentist, was extremely kind and understanding throughout the whole appointment. She took the time to reassure me, explained everything carefully, and helped me overcome my nervousness. Her gentle approach made the experience so much easier than I expected. I’m truly grateful for her professionalism and kindness, and I feel much more confident about future visits now.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years, so I was quite apprehensive about seeing a dentist. My dentist was really lovely, gentle and kept me informed for every part of the process, and she made me feel a lot more relaxed about the thought of future dental procedures. I’m really glad I went with this dentist
Booked for some private dental work at this practice. Friendly staff, dentist I can understand (no language barrier) and prompt with appointments. The best part: Saturday appointments! I work in the city centre so attending appointments during office hours usually needs me to book a days holiday. Not any more! Result!
Kind & courteous staff and a great NHS dentist
The lady dentist I saw , Willow, was absolutely fantastic. I went to have a deep clean and was feeling very nervous about it. Willow put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do. She then followed up with what I had to do for after care. I have a follow up appointment in 3 months and if the treatment has to be repeated I won't feel as nervous as I did this time
The staff in reception are wonderful, the dentist that treats me is the best dentist I’ve encountered I don’t like going to the dentist, is an understatement! But both the dentist and dental nurse have been so kind and understanding. They explain exactly what they are doing and always say to take my time to stop and start . Very patient indeed
