I've been going here for long time. I never had issue with getting appointments or advice. All the dentist here are very professional including receptionists. I would recommend everyone to join when registrations opens.
Happy with service. Welcoming and helpful. Dentist also did thorough examination and explain all the details. Clarified the doubts. I would definitely recommend. Just that, hard to get new NHS patient registrations.

Worst dentist ever — I went 2 times to the dentist, with my newborn hoping to finally have an appointment after a long time. Those who have babies know how hard it is to finally get out the house just ti be turned away. The first time i went i was told to do a form, which I wasn't able to do online as there was issues. The receptionists then refused to help me as I struggled doing the form, and further complained when they did eventually give bare minimum help, and refused to tell me what to do. This is outrageous; and definitely ruins their reputation, (i wouldn't even give one star). Another matter is that they seemed to be fully booked but only have time for 30 seconds per appointment?? What is the point in waiting for so long just to be seen and told to come back in 6 months! Wouldn’t recommend at all
I have a dental phobia and came for treatment. Both the dentist and dental hygienist were very kind, calm and caring, constantly asking if I was OK and explaining each bit of the treatment as it happened. I was still extremely nervous but I was able to go through the procedure, my first in nearly 15 years.
Generally I can get an appointment quite quickly if I need too. Communication/explanation regarding care when things go wrong isn't very good. Been attending here since it opened, I've never had a full skale and polish.
Called up to join a new dentist, before I could even speak, she interrupts me and says no new NHS patients. I said I'm going private and their tone changed straight away. At that point, it was too late and I felt insulted and decided to not join. You need to improve your customer service.
Very professional staff. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease. Great dental practice.
Ayesha Begum and Trish were amazing my Grandma was suffering with a broken tooth and was awaiting an appointment they tried everything in their power to get it sorted. They understood the painful situation we were in and were ever so helpful in more ways than one. Trish awaited to recieve the referral and physically handed to the surgical Dentis, communication at its best. Ayesha managed to get my Grandma in on cancellation. Highly recommend.
