I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. The whole experience felt disgraceful. I was discharged from the service after I had to decline previous work because I was unwell. I was given no notice about this decision, and I was simply informed that my dentist no longer wished to continue seeing me. Regardless of the circumstances, I expected a basic level of communication and professionalism, which I feel was completely lacking. This experience left me feeling dismissed and unsupported as I was told to find another dentist.

A great dental practice. All staff are friendly & my dentist is lovely & polite. Used to be so nervous but not any more.

The reception staff are always polite, friendly and helpful, the nurses are wonderfully caring, and my particular dentist is the best I have ever had throughout my 50 years of life. He makes you feel totally relaxed, he explains everything that's going on or what he's going to do, I honestly couldn't wish for a better dentist or practice. Thankyou all x

Amazing, had issues most of my life, fears and more. Really friendly practice give good tips to help overcome certain issues. Takes time to explain things if you ask or if your ADHD need to know they take the time. Highly recommend

A really good practice, there’s never any bother to get an appointment and all staff are lovely. Treatment with Mr Stafylas has eased any anxiety I had towards the dentist and I always walk away happy with any treatment done. Thank you :-)

Do not recommend at all! DO NOT take your children here especially, staff are so rude and judgemental even the receptionists are. My 3 year old is now petrified of dentists and will not willingly sit in a dentist chair again!

I would not recommend this practice for a child dental care. I don’t think the dentist (he didn’t bother to introduce himself, so I can’t give names) has any idea how to deal with children or their parents. Nurse and the receptionist are lovely though. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere.

if there was a no stars option that's what id rate this review. now please don't get me wrong all of the staff are lovely and have been very empathetic and understanding and i would give them a 4*. however whoever the dentist is doing the dental work presently has to be released without any notice. let me breakdown why. Firstly I take a call from my partner 3 minutes after he actual appointment in tears because of what he has done. see below: Anaesthetic - 10 minutes minimum to take effect. A PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILD could tell you this. why does he feel its acceptable to begin a tooth extraction straight after the injection has penetrated the gums. then questions why it is not working and continues to proceed with more injections and tells his client put your hand up if you feel anything. the clients hand visibly in the air and continues to pull. you have now caused further nerve damage which will probably lead to A&E to remove now This has all happened due to prior work once again poor practice taken by this dentist by creating a fill in which has gone down to the root and caused the tooth to become highly sensitive. This has caused this tooth extraction to take place. if you cant even do a fill in right, then please find a new profession. this is extremely poor, if you couldn't do it or wasn't confident on the procedure, then recommend another dentist. Finally please tell this dentist that antibiotics are not sweets. every time this client has been to see him its "you need to take antibiotics" this has happened on the past 4 occasions with this particular dentist. Does he not realise you cant take them like other drugs as your body grows immunity? That is common sense in healthcare profession. (it says it on the side of the box that they come in) Its a shame i have had to leave this as I see 4-5 start reviews about a dentist (Female) who seemed lovely and helped many people to the point where they left a great review, there hasn't been a review in a year which shows to me this dentist is new. I want a call and refund for all the work this dentist has done! you have caused more damage than what was originally there. I expect this to be taken very seriously or i will seek Legal Actions.
