I was more than a little apprehensive when I attended the surgery for an extraction, the receptionist was very understanding and pleasant. Once I entered the dentist chair the treatment procedure was explained fully and carried out with expertise. I cannot recommend the dental surgery any higher I look forward to my next appointment. I would like to extend a huge thank you to Gugs and his team for all their hard work. My available budget for the complex work that needed to be done was quite limited and although very expensive implants would have been the preferred procedure, it was way beyond what I could afford. With that in mind, Gugs was able to offer me an option that was not only affordable but still looked great and equally durable. It was a complicated and challenging job for Gugs and his team to carry out but was managed with such professionalism and care that throughout the 3 visits to complete the work I had every confidence in them all. I think most dentists would have had no choice but to offer me dentures which I desperately didn't want. Gugs' remarkable talent and expertise has meant that my teeth remain firmly in my mouth and not by my bedside at night! Thank you so much, Jill To add to the above, a month later I had another unrelated issue with a different tooth. Just days before attending a wedding I lost a front tooth! Once again, Gugs came to the rescue and saved me from an embarrassing situation. With great skill and expertise I left the practice with a smile and a full set! Excellent practice. Convenient parking, spotlessly clean, well furnished reception area, friendly reception staff who are always cheerful and helpful. The dentists and dental nurses are able to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The always explain in simple terms the treatment required and any options. The only downside is some disabled patients may find access from the street to the reception area difficult.
Friendly Receptionists always make a good start to your visit. Appointments are always on time and above all, an excellent Dentist who is open and honest and doesn't charge the earth for your consultation or treatment. Overall 11 out of 10.
This dental practice is the best. So so pleased to have the continuity over years now provided by Mr Sudle, the attention to detail and my dental ageing process has been expert. I would have lost many teeth by now had not this superb dentist always taken the trouble to consider the best option for me given the circumstances. He has rescued me from pain many times. I genuinely can't speak highly enough of the team at Bridge Street Dental Practice! Bikram and Beth have been fantastic, and I'm very grateful to them for a genuinely life changing experience. I started the Invisalign journey in the middle of covid-19 and even this didn't impact any of the service I received - from online consultation, regular appointments, and constant checks. First rate from day 1, and made what for most people is a stressful process as easy as possible. Invisalign isn't cheap on the face of it, and does take a while, BUT the service and regular checks really reassure you as to the product, expertise, and all round service. I actually think, looking back from the end point, that it is excellent value for money! The end result has been fantastic, so all that's left to say is THANK YOU!
