Unfortunately, our experience with a dentist here was very disappointing. The treatment was not thorough, and we were not advised about the need for a hygiene scale and polish, which later contributed to further dental issues. The manner towards my children was also not as considerate as we would have hoped, which was difficult to witness. We often waited 45mins to be seen. We have since moved to a new dental practice, where the care has been thorough, informative, and kind—highlighting the contrast in our experiences

Went earlier today for an appointment for my toddler. Waited over 30 mins and when I had spoken to staff I was told “it’s because it’s the holidays” this was a blatant lie as I’m always waiting at least 20 mins. But this time was a lot worse as my son is 2 years old. I told them it’s not convenient and then was told “we have other children who are being seen before your appointment” this was another lie as all the others who came after us (but were seen before us) were not children but adults. No accountability and not even an apology, was told I should expect this from an nhs practice. Doesn’t seem like there’s any room for development or improvement. If I was even 5 minutes late I would not been seen and would be threatened to be removed from the practice. A little empathy would be nice but couldn’t even get that or an apology.

Professional approach all the way! My dentist is caring and she is very knowledgeable about the procedure. I am very grateful for her expertise in dental care and I am sure that I will have the best experience with her. I have always been very grateful to have been able to get the best care for my teeth and general dental care.

My family have been going here for twenty seven years. My grandchildren now go her. The dentist is always very good as are the nurses and reception staff. You sometimes have to wait a little bit after the appointment time but rather that than be rushed through. Great this is still an NHS dentist. Remember you have to be patient to be a good patient.

Dentist is fine but receptionists make a lot of mistakes such as booking an appointment and writing it down for you but then the appointment doesn’t exist in the system. If you want a dentist where you turn up for an appointment that doesn’t exist or constantly have appointments cancelled then register here. Otherwise avoid. I paid privately as well, dread to think how they treat their NHS patients. I have now gone elsewhere.

The polish dental nurse had extracted my child’s tooth out without applying numbing cream. She then injected him with the numbing and she did not give it time for the gum to get numb. She then injected the gum and my child was in so much pain she then extracted his tooth within minutes and the amount of pain my child was in im still traumatised. She then stated that she injected an adult dose and he is a CHILD. Please do not send your children here it is the worst dental surgery I have ever come across. This matter will be taken further.

An absolute shambles of a service! Booked an emergency appointment (private patient) and after being told to come back after 10 mins (was asked to fill the form in and wait in my car)! I waited in the reception area for a further 15 mins before getting a snotty attitude from the dental nurse! "Bed side manner" was clearly something that she was allergic to! She then had the gall to complain about me to the dentist...under her breath of course! I left immediately! I would NOT recommend this practice in any way shape or form, regardless of how severe your toothache is! Unfortunately awarding a NEGATIVE score is not possible.

Amazing practice! Very thorough and I felt like I was in capable hands…receptionists and nurses were all very helpful and even though it is obviously a very busy practice I didn’t feel rushed. My dentist did 2 root canal treatments and crowns too so I’m so happy that I got to save my teeth!! She also did some separate private work which was scheduled for a Saturday so I was pleased with a weekend appointment for this! Couldn’t recommend more highly
