   Gave me an appointment for me and my kids back in May 2025 for 6pm. Went to our appointment to find a note on the door to state the practice closed at 5pm! I have been trying to call the practice since then (we are now in early November!) Nobody answers the phone and the answer phone message says to leave a message or will connect to someone, but no facility to leave a message, the call just cuts off! Disgusting service!

   THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST IVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I went in for a cleaning and the way he was grabbing my mouth, putting his fingers INSIDE my mouth and pulling at it, hurt me so much. He kept cleaning my mouth so aggressively like as if he is a butcher instead of a dentist! When I asked him where I can spit out the blood and water, because the sink next to the seat was covered up and I wasn’t allowed to use!! He dragged my arm and led me to another sink. Telling me I can just use my hand to rinse my mouth and that he doesn’t have a cup for me to use. I told him that he hurt me and that he shouldn’t be a dentist… he told me to get out and refused to listen to my complaints! The whole practice is extremely unprofessional… the whole set up looks like someone’s living room and not a dental practice! They don’t even take card just bank transfer and cash! I don’t know how these guys have a license to operate!

   Came in late yesterday, with severe pain in a back wisdom tooth. This Man is the superman of Dentists. I am a very nervous patient and avoid dentists until last minute, got in here, and he had the tooth out in under 30 seconds, the same with the lady before me. Numbed, waited 20 mins, back in and just as I thought he was changing tools, he wasn't. It was done! Didn't feel thing. Great job.

   I was referred here after ringing 111 with a raging toothache. Granted its not as posh as some of your private dentists but that doesn't matter because the staff were fantastic. Everything was clean and I could see the dentist assistant constantly wiping everything down the minute somebody left. I went in for a molar extraction which I was very nervous about but I was comforted and assured by the staff. 10 minutes after sitting down it was all over and my pain was gone. Thank you to the whole team, I am now a patient at your clinic!

   Phoned for emergency appointment through 111 was sent here for a tooth taking out half numbed very painful tooth broke a piece still left in then given a prescription for antibiotics. Said I could feel it all and dentist wasn’t bothered a proper butcher of a dentist. If you can avoid going here then do I have had teeth out somewhere else and it wasn’t as bad as it was at this dental practice

   A cash only practice that treats patients like cattle. Get them in and out as fast as you can. I do not recommend this dentist.
