Absolutely disgusting treatment, never seem to answer the phone, completely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Extremely unreliable and lack basic communication skills to let a patient know of something and they completely ignore your needs.
Been trying to get through to the surgery for the last 2 weeks to book my son an appointment everytime I get cut off on the line, such poor service
Me and my children were treated by a young gentleman called Olla, (sorry if I spelt it wrong) His kindness, positivity and educating each of my child as they sat on the chair about the importance and job of their teeth was amazing. We were upstairs. Normally my children are scared attending the dentist as the previous ones are quite full on with kids. Kindness can go a long way, thank you Olla
Have recently had my appointments at the surgery with a new dentist who extracted four of my teeth prior to braces. Qasim did an excellent job with the extractions, he is a very pleasant and organised dentist and I am really happy with my overall experience. I have previously had several dentists but wasn’t satisfied with them - will definitely have my future appointments with Qasim again.
Husband trying to get an appointment at this dentist but they saying his details have disappeared into thin air. So when im telling him in the back to raise a complaint. She’s saying to him you can’t raise a complaint and you can’t ring us while you’re sat with someone, its private and confidential. LOL, and this is the receptionist at the dentist called “Laiza” , “Aiza” “Aliza” or whatever, sit back down receptionist. They need to start off by hiring professionals. Immature receptionists that actually think they doctors. I will be taking this further and complaining going down the complaints route.
Unprofessional rude what more could I say the receptionists was sooo rude. Would not recommend.

Rang up with a wisdom tooth problem. They gave me an appointment the same day, for literally two hours after I initially called. The receptionist was pleasant, Asian lady who's name I forgot, it was Isaan I think. She was informative and knowledgeable and very helpful. I met Dr. Hussain, who diagnosed me and gave me treatment instantly whilst also making sure the rest of my teeth were healthy. Very nice guy and brilliant dentist. I have been coming here for years and I'm grateful I have such a dependable dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They get on with it and provide excellent care, and that's all you can ask for. Dr. Tsakpo is experienced and brilliant every time. If only The GP's of this country were even half as good as the dentists. They should take notes.
I went to go see Dr Afzal and I'm very impressed with the friendly and professional service, iv never had a check up like this before, including x rays and scaling which my previous dentist didn’t provide that iv been going to for 13 years.
