   I’m a very nervous patient, it took me a long time to pluck up the courage and go. When I found out my dentist was leaving, I really didn’t want to go. The lovely receptionist asked me to give the new guy a chance, said he was lovely. The day before my appointment I was coming up with all sorts of reasons not to go. Anyway I got there, he was lovely. Sat and talked to me, then explained everything. I’ll definitely be going again, thank you Dr Colin McGrath ☺️

   I always receive excellent care at Hewett's Dental. From routine checkups through to recent extraction and root canal treatment, my dentist is always cheerful, happy and smiling. He makes sure I am happy with the recomended treatments and is always reassuring if I am worried about the work or have any questions. The lovely reception team always provide a cheery smile on arrival and help with appointments and treatment queries. My Smilecare membership has really been useful and helps me spread the cost of checkups and treatment. I've been a happy patient at the practice for over 30 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else!

   Very straightforward, identified the problem, gave options for solutions and fixed with a crown the next day. Superb service and much better than the experiences with BUPA which I have used previously. Just had a general checkup and everything was explained with good suggestions going forward. Have been back for 2 crowns. Both were dealt with very professionally and I am very pleased with the results.

   A regular patient who asked for an appointment a month ahead of scheduled check-up because of increased sensitivity. Somewhat dismayed to find I had been charged £47 for an "emergency appointment" in addition to treatment charges. If reception had told me this when booking would probably have toughed it out for another month. A little more transparency on charges maybe?

   Amazing dentists, they look after my boys so well. Esp Doctor Sam, Tam and Dhara and most recently, one of my boys experiencing issues with molar teeth. Dr Sam made him feel at ease and is so reassuring and helpful. My youngest son is autistic and is very anxious, and they are so good with him too. Both of my boys now have no fear of dentists due to the fab team here. Thank you so much :)

   The whole experience was 10/10 from entering into a clean and welcoming reception area, with extremely friendly receptionists. A comfortable waiting room, hardly any waiting time and a friendly, helpful, professional dentist and dental assistant. So happy with the experience.
