   The dentists and receptionists are great and friendly once you’re inside, but trying to get through to them beforehand is impossible. They never answer the phone — you can be sat in the waiting area watching it ring while they ignore it or have it on silent. This is now the third time my appointment has been cancelled, and since no one answers the phones, the only way to rearrange is by walking in, which isn’t always possible when you’re working.

   I cannot recommend this practice enough. I suffer from extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. Due to a bad experience with a previous dental practice. And venessa and the team have gone above and beyond to reassure me every single time. Any concerns I have had Vanessa has talked me through everything. And Chris has been absolutely amazing. Again, im an extremely nervous patient. And he goes above and beyond every time to make sure im okay whilst having a treatment done. And ensuring everything was done properly. In the past I’ve had a horrible experience at a dentist. Where they didn’t understand my anxiety disorder. Messed up my teeth and I was petrified every single time. But here, it’s totally different. I cannot praise Vanessa and the team enough.

   I have used Bailiff Bridge Dental Practice since childhood and have always been completely happy with the staff and the services they provide. Recently I have needed a dental implant, and the service provided by Mr Hussain, supported by Lisa, Dianne and Emma has been nothing short of outstanding. They ensured that I felt completely safe and comfortable with the procedures and kept me informed throughout the process. They used new and innovative techniques that have allowed my tooth to heal quicker and work better. They completed regular check-ins with me to ensure that the tooth was healing well and generally made the whole process a dream. I can't thank them enough!

   My daughters (both under 16) are patients here. They are seen regularly and I'm really happy with the care they provide. I took them for a scheduled check up this week. Kodie helped me sign all the necessary forms to check in, and Dianne helped us on the way out, to rebook the next check up for the girls. Thank you for your excellent service.

   I had a filling done which turned out to be 2 fillings as unfortunately the decay had developed between 2 teeth. I was kept informed about what was happening throughout and made to feel as comfortable as possible and could stop at any point if I needed, the filling ended up being much larger/deeper than anticipated. My only frustration was that I had told the first dentist I saw 18months ago I was having some pain in between these teeth to be told it was fine, I then had an xray at my next check-up, again told no issues so this problem had been developing over 18months, maybe if it had been checked thouroughly when I first brought up the issue the problem wouldn’t have ended up being so large and possibly needing root canal doing if I develop further problems. However my experience of the actual process/filling (when it got done) was good.

   I am a very nervous patient and have been coming here for years, Dr Erlich was always very patient and kind and always made my check ups and treatments as painless and comfortable as possible. Imagine my horror when he recently decided to retire/reduce hours and I was moved to his colleague Dr Nosheen Ramzan. Well my first treatment was today and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She and the lovely Dental Nurse were fantastic, I can honestly say it was the “best” dental experience I’ve ever had and I had a filling (the drill is my kryptonite!). Thank you for being so patient with me and putting me at ease..I didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommended.
