I believe it was an oldish couple in what looked like a fairly new, mid-sized electric SUV. Possibly silver or grey in colour. I'm guessing they have a fairly impressive scrape along the offside of their car. It's a tight car park and it's not easy to turn around, but you should have come back inside and let the dentist know what you did before driving off. The lady driving it did not look to be a competent driver as I watched from the upstairs waiting room window. If I'd realised you'd actually made contact with my car I would have come directly outside. This occurred on the afternoon of Thursday, 6th November 2025 just before 4pm.

Barbara Jones is an excellent dentist, she has a great patient manner, is very gentle when working in your mouth, she is very good at her job and isn't expensive compared to other dentists in the area. I had asked people who was a good dentist in the area after feeling my last dentist was only concerned about making money, Barbara was recommended and I have had 6 years of solid patient care. I feel lucky to be one of her patients, do not have a single complaint, I could not recommend a better dentist in the area. She's brilliant!
