   Company will do everything what they can to avoid warranty. Had really bad experience with them, and cost me a lot of money. Fit they turbos on my 3.6 tdv8 range rover, freshly rebuilt engine and both turbos not last even a year approximately 4000 to 5000 miles. Turbos was removed and sendet to them. In couple weeks time received letter that turbos warranty was rejected due to oil consumption, debris in oil and some other crap. I did spoke with one of technician and explained to his that my engine was rebuilt and oil filter was clean with no metal files or any debris in it. He said can't do nothing about it. So I was left with two rubbish turbos ant £1000 of my pocket. Not recommended at all, waste the money ant time

   Outstanding experience, they fixed my converted bus and my tacho and I couldnt find anywhere else to do it for ages. Thought I lost my bag and they helped me look for it and let me stay all day. Good people I can see why they have been in business long

   I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to the exceptionally disappointing quality of their products. I have personally experienced two turbochargers failing within a short period, both of which were denied warranty coverage. In contrast, a replacement turbocharger directly from the manufacturer has outperformed their inferior parts and continues to function efficiently after approximately 10,000 miles. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the company has consistently denied responsibility and refused to honour the warranty. Interacting with this company poses significant risks to both businesses and individuals, as their products consistently fall short of acceptable quality standards. I urge others to avoid engaging with them, as their offerings do not meet the necessary quality benchmarks.

   So, had the car booked in with these guys for an Airbag light issue. They checked it, but due to lack of information from Nissan (no fault of theirs) they couldn't fully resolve the issue which they suspect the issue will come back. Therefore, Joe at the front desk explained all this very politely and said there would be no charge which was such a relief as I'll probably be paying for it to get sorted elsewhere. They suggested I go to a specialist in this issue which is fine, just appreciated their customer service, and fairness as the issue will probably come back again. Thank you!

   DO NOT BUY TURBOS FROM THESE! 2 turbos with boost issues, one we replaced because the original one was leaking oil from the casing, the car didn’t even have boost issues. Once we fitted a different brand car worked perfectly! Second vehicle we replaced the original turbo because it was noisy, guess what? over boosting issue on road test straightaway, take it off fit another brand, vehicle works perfectly. Send the turbos back to them, weeks later, no fault were found and apparently the turbos are not faulty and in perfect working condition! Guess why they are not faulty? Because what you are using to test and calibrate these turbos is probably out of calibration. Very unprofessional. I fit at least one turbo a week, you won’t be getting my business ever again. No wonder you have shocking reviews!

   Awful company supplied a turbo that was faulty after 50 miles diagnosed by ourselves and a very reputable garage after 4 1/2 months have said the turbo is fine in this time fitted another unit of another manufacturer and no problem

   Booked in for a tachograph recalibraþion this morning at 10, was told it would be 1 hour. Came back an hour later and hadn't been started. Was given a pretty flimsy excuse and told to wait. After a further half an hour I asked what was happening as I could see my vehicle still hadn't moved, was then told they were about to do it then which would be another hour. Left without getting the work done, no apology forthcoming, they've lost my business and won't use them again.

   I am appalled with the service i have been provided with, i have been overcharged on a radiator repair on my car, their colossal labour prices illustrated me with a £500 bill, I'm a young student working 2 jobs with very little income and i have been absolutely ripped off here. There is a lack of guidance and communication from this company not advising me before that i would be slapped with this vicious bill, if i had known this company rips of its consumers i would have refrained from ever coming here however i made the mistake and i want to deter anyone else from making the same mistake i made in trusting this company

   These guys are all polite and professional. I always spoke with Wayne or Liam and Sue. When three other garages were unable to diagnose the fault showing up on the dash and the warnings light were on, these guys found it fixed it. Great work will definitely use these guys n the future (hopefully not to near future though:) )
