Feeling let down! Been going here for over 30 years without any issues until lately. Had my last appointment cancelled on me at the last minute and today I had issues paying for fuel due to google pay been down resulting in been 5 minutes late after driving over from cullingworth with 2 young children and was turned away which seems odd as i usually have to wait 20 minutes when i turn up on time. I did try to call the practice to make them aware but was unable to get through to anyone.

This was the 1st visit to see this new dentist, he knew I had problems visiting the dentist and with my recent mobility issues he made sure I was comfortable, explained what treatment I needed . He even helped my wife to get out of the treatment chair. He was really freindly and put me at ease . I hope he's going to be staying as our dentist for good.

I didn’t feel I got the full checkup and clean that is stated in NHS plan 1 valued at £27.50. It was better than the last dentist who never cleaned my my teeth. The next time I come for a check up I’m happy to talk to the dentist about what is required from the NHS plan and what I believe I received.

Had a new dentist last wed and was booked in for a refilling for the one that fell out . He seemed very friendly and was thorough and replaced the the filling with no issues . It all went pair shaped when I asked a question about another tooth that I’ve had trouble with! And wanted some info on . He looked away rolled his eyes and looked up to ceiling ! And said you only came for this tooth doing which I understood . He did look at this tooth but by then I felt very awkward with the situation. I didn’t pay for the tooth refilling But paid for the check up !! £26 Which he NEVER did !or asked if I wanted them cleaning . Overall a difficult experience Are we not even allowed to ask questions any more or is it too much trouble. Had a return visit booked last wed For a 6 month checkup which I had to cancel and rearrange only to find out the appointment had been cancelled anyway due having no dentist available. Having to wait now ,and so will hundreds of other people out there ,until they have a new one now to be replaced

Couldn't get my son in, because of holidays causing reduced staff, but they took the time out to speak to the manager and find a way to get him an appointment quickly despite not taking on new patients. We found a dentist but felt this dentist went above and beyond to get my son an appointment when it was really needed and extremely stretched to do so. thank you.

Been going for 27 years no problems, went just aft lockdown finnished and met with a new rude receptionist who decided she didnt like my views so cancelled all my dentist (without letting me know until i rang up to book next treatment) i would have taken it on the chin but my mother said she is having the same problem with same lady, very rude and seems to look down at people
