   Rang this morning as its been a while since I've had a check up and I've not received a text or call when my check up is due... I've been coming here for a lot of years and mark has always been fantastic... the girl on the phone said sorry its been too long since your last checkup and your not registered here anymore.. also said mark didn't own the practice anymore. So because of the new owners incompetency and not organising checkups I'm now without a dentist.. throughly disappointed after years of being a patient.

   Having visited this practice under the new owners, I will not return. I was told very quickly I needed a deep clean and it would cost £73.50. He wanted to fit me in 3 days later (I bet he did). I wasn't offered the scale and polish that I should have been offered that comes within the check up and price. Mark, who I had been going to for years always commented on how well I looked after my teeth and yes every now and again had a scale and polish. It seems the new owners are more interested in making money than actual care for the patients. Very disappointed as I bet a lot of other patients are.

   Very disappointed with my visit today. I expected the same treatment and quality of care as I have always received at this practice from Mark and his team. A patient here of over 20 years, I am very disheartened.

   I have been at this practice for over 2 years. They ran everything perfectly and the dentist really seemed to care and do there best in an timely manner. Since the old owner sold the practice 2 years ago this practice has become an absolute shambles. It's taken over 2 years to have 4 fillings completed and I have been waiting over 5 months for an emergency extraction after cracking my tooth. Everytime you attend your appointment you will be told the dentist you saw last time no longer works there, they will then charge you for a new consultation with a new dentist and this cycle continues, meaning you never get the treatment you were booked in for due to them not working there. The dentists that currently work there don't seem to care if your in pain or what treatment plan you had and will do the bare minimum. would honestly suggest you go anywhere else I have now launched a formal complaint and urge all who have been effected by the sale of the practice to do the same

   Nicky and Mark are like two zombies! Upbraiding customers who don't floss and the way the way they look at you makes you want to scream and get out! Better go elsewhere.

   I can highly recommend this dentist especially Nikki Varo, having a phobia of dentist was a challenge but Nikki and staff put me at ease straight away. I was well impressed with my treatment and end results. Can't thank Nikki enough.

   Mr Speight told me after a tooth extraction that a small root tip had been left and if he attempted to remove it I would look like I had gone 15 rounds with Mike tyson. No problem with that at the time as I have always been happy with his work. That was approximately two years ago. I now have pain in the area. I mentioned what had been said at the time and have been told I misheard. Does anyone have any idea why he would deny what he said to me? It makes no sense as there either is no root tip there, or, after an x ray there is proof. Its the denial that's puzzling, as Mr speight mentioned the aforementioned root tip again several months later during a second extraction. I must have misheard again! A week after the above have now had an x-ray, clearly shows a root tip.
