Wisdom tooth removal and got an infection rang up numerous times to raise concern but got told not to come back. Ended up going to the emergency dentist and needing antibiotics. Sent an email raising concerns but just being ignored.

Just had our first appointment here and couldn't be happier with the level of care provided. Friendly and supportive staff along with quick, professional and pain-free treatment. I'm very happy to be able to bring my family here. Thank you!

I sincerely appreciate the whole team at Clough Dental Practice who have been looking after our family now for years. We attend regular dental check ups and also elect to see the hygienist. I had a long standing problem with one tooth last year, with pain on biting for a very long time. The tooth then broke and I feared I would lose it. It was saved, repaired and is now trouble and pain free. The whole team are efficient, professional and accessible.

I found that the reception team have always been helpful and responsive to my needs such as when something happens in-between my check ups . My dentist is always welcoming and puts me at ease. I’ve never had any issues with any treatment I’ve received. I’d happily recommend this dentist surgery

Absolutely horrid experience as a new patient. The dentist was unwelcoming, rude, impatient, raised his voice at me and snapped at me. I also had to put my coat and bag on the floor which is not nice. I rang Clough to try switch to a different dentist in the team just before my next appointment, I asked if I was speaking to a member of the reception team and he said yes. I voiced my concerns, but instead of being sympathetic I was asked why Id left it so long and not complained before. I explained Id tried to but I backed out. The 'receptionist' offered to put me on the waiting list, I explained id already waited for years to get a dentist there. He was not concerned about my experience and came across as quite defensive. He agreed to speak to the other dentists on my behalf. At the end of the call I asked for the 'receptionists' name, which he gave me (didnt catch it as he said it quickly) he also said he was the Practice Manager (which he should have said when I asked him if he was a receptionist). Will wait to see what they come up with but not at all impressed.

My partner taken my son for his 1st check up absolutely terrified due to the way one of the dentist was acting then blaming my partner for my son being scared of the dentist then refusing to check on my son's teeth. We have all changed dentist Now and never will return to that unprofessional practice

Overwhelmed with the kindness and speed awarded to myself this morning when I telephoned seeking advice over possible infection of wisdom tooth. Within an hour the Dentist phoned for consultation and to my utmost surprise and gratitude my prescription was delivered to my door within another hour. I can't thank receptionists and doctor for their efficiency and awareness of clients restricted by Isolation due to the current epidemic. Thank you so much.
