   First time using VAG Retrofits. I got a reverse camera fitted and upgraded to a 7 inch MIB 2 infotainment system with Apple CarPlay on my 2016 Audi A3 Saloon. I am very very impressed by the new kit fitted by Bart. So much better than the old system fitted and everything is OEM. You would think this is how the car came from factory. Clear communication with Bart throughout from messaging and him completing the work. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. Highly recommend. Excellent service.

   I’ve known Bart a few years, I first reached out to him for front sensors on my Audi a3 a few years back and from the first initial installation I knew Bart was going to be my first contact with any upgrades to my car, since then he’s done numerous jobs on many of my cars over the years and I will never go to anyone else. His prices beat everyone his work is second to none I’ve had other retorfitters ask me where I’ve had stuff installed and commented how neat the work was which is something you don’t come by often as people are the first to criticise! Bart’s knowledge is exceptional, attention to detail & making sure everything is exactly how it should be is second to none, I have had family use Bart from my recommendation I’ll always use Bart for any car I have. So refreshing to have a genuine person you can reach out to with anything no matter what and they’ll always do there best to help you where ever they can. Somehow forgot to write a review sooner should of done it 3 years back but never the less , the number 1 retrofit installer around the midlands for price , work and just overall the experience you get from dealing with Bart ⭐️

   Can’t fault Bart in the slightest. Due to busy work schedule Bart travelled to my work and fitted the reverse camera in a few hours. It was the only thing missing from when I brought the car and now it’s complete! Great price and great customer service.

   Brilliant and professional service. Very quick to respond and helpful. Also didn't try and squirrel away the parts he removed he asked if I wanted to keep it all which I felt was very good. Also due to not needing a part which he thought he may have done he let me know instead of just keeping quite and charging me anyway. Very impressed and definitely going to be my infotainment go to guy now. A long travel for me but would do it again to get the service I recieved. Thanks Bart.

   Bart is a Great guy, friendly, really helpful explaining how it works and what he is doing during the process and nothing was too much for him. Fitted my Skoda with Android Auto unit and went through everything and showed me everything. After this Bart made sure everything was working and functioning before leaving with payment. Will be using again for any upgrades!
