Three staff members helped me. First a staff member assessed the problem and explained the options for repair. Second member of the team fixed my problem right away. Thirdly someone helped explain my bill and the loyalty scheme options. All were professional, friendly and efficient. Good team work.
Very good service, told about all the offers that would reduce my bill. Tommy was the guy who fitted my new battery, on my Discovery sport. He was very knowledgeable and so quick, the whole process took less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend. Thanks again Tommy.
Tommy in the Hinckley store today helped me! Dead car battery, hooked it up to a machine and was showing at 31%. Changed the battery for me and also checked to see what condition my alternator was in just for an extra peace of mind. He went above and beyond and gave me so much reassurance and knowledge of things to look out for in general car maintenance as my car is “new” to me. Great customer service. Thank you Tommy!!

Fantastic service from Kieran. He helped me find my paint code on my car by removing a boot panel and then made sure I had the correct touch up stick. He also made sure I had the correct wiper blades. Brilliant customer service. Just gone in today and bought a dash cam with the help of Ewan. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful regarding how it is fitted and what all the features were on all of the The dash cams. Again, excellent service and very customer orientated.
Rachel in the Hinckley branch was extremely efficient and friendly. I only had to wait a few minutes for my front light change despite another customer being ahead of me. Which was great as I was on the way to a work call. Thank you.
Absolute poor service from Halfords Hinckley , no one onsite knew about car seats to help us , especially as it’s a safety for our boy and needed someone who knew which one was best for his size. looked as though someone just stole one with wire clippers and the tag laying on the floor also. They didn’t have the seats in that was on the internet so was wasted journey. Not the staffs fault but very poorly managed as they had a massive cue and only one guy on the till - not a quick service - no one knowledgable available onsite - manager you need to sort this and Halfords you need to do a few visits to store as they are loosing you money! Smyths toys was so much more welcoming and the staff was knowledgeable and so helpful on my child’s safety so we brought from them.
Popped into this branch one evening to get some automotive tools, the staff were really helpful. Opening up the cabinet to let me get access to the Halfords advanced gear. Was genuinely having a bad day, but left the building feeling much better after the friendly experience and conversation. Thanks David, and night team!

Quick and easier transaction, had a battery checked and staff member gave us a lot of information and advised to purchase new battery which we did and glad to say vehicle is now up and running again
