I had a disappointing experience with Thurnby Lodge Garage. From the outset, I found the service to be lacking in transparency. Communication was poor, and I was left feeling that I couldn't fully trust the advice or recommendations I was given. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reluctant to return or recommend the garage to others.
Can't say thank you enough. Clutch completely went on my Skoda whilst visiting area for New Year, towed in here by the AA. Very polite & welcoming ....they started work on replacing it immediately. Showed me the damaged flywheel while I was there. Took several hours as I expected as it was a labour intensive job. All completed successfully using a proper clutch kit and allowed me to drive the 200 miles home again. Very much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.

I visited this garage for the first time on recommendation from a friend, as I needed an MOT. I chose to wait whilst they sorted out the car. From start to finish all the staff were really helpful, reassuring and sorted out a minor problem with my car. When they said we will look after you they did just that. Excellent service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
