   I have brought my car here for services and MOTs for the past few years and cannot fault anything. Everything has been reasonably priced, completed in a timely manner and any work that needed doing has been reliable. Would highly recommend. I recently had a significant issue with my car after some work had been performed by another garage. James, Danielle and team were all fantastic, going above and beyond despite the issue being nothing to do with them. They gave me their professional advice on the situation, advised how I should approach the other garage and got my car back on the road. Cannot thank them enough.

   I have been using this garage for a couple of years now. My car is getting on a bit and they advise me on all the upcoming repairs I will need for my next mot so I can slowly work through the repairs, if I need any through the year, keeping the cost down and keeping me on the road. James and his team are brilliant and explain everything in detail and even show me the faults on my car so I can see what is wrong. A lovely mechanic even dropped me off at home so I didn't need to walk back after. Lovely place and make me feel very welcome. Price is very good too..

   Took vehicle in for MOT, was told they didnt have time the day i booked it in and would need it for another day. Got a call saying it had failed and would be 540 to get it done, i was shocked as most of the list where labour intensive jobs like valve replacements on the wheel,bulbs all round etc, i waited a week to get it back, finally got it after the wait with the garage fully aware of my situation with needingit for work, drive Down the road and feel grinding underneath with my 4wd light flashing, i made the garage immediately aware as this was shocking compared to how smooth its always been, they told me tracking needed doing and that was the problem? Quoting another 78pounds for this, i went to another garage to get it done where i was told there 2 totally seperate things and that i should get the issue fixed before tracking, James wouldnt even come give an explanation and kept well away,which was strange as i originally delt with him and was informed hed be ldoing the work,making his staff tell me that its nothing they did and that they would need paying to take a further look?? So im struggling to get my head round the fact the vehicle was fine before,i spend 540 and comes back to me totally wrecked,stuck in 4wheel drive,and somehow passing an mot in that state? Il be avoiding this place as its cost me so much time, money, loss of work and energy. Basically therl totally ruin your car and have 0 empathy or come to an agreement, didnt want to write this as not in me to discredit a local business but this is worst mechanics ive ever been to always made to feel last on the list and get very argumentative,despite huge costs, also left my vehicle in tesco carpark overnight with all my work tools on the back, also they seem to the absolute bare minimum, maybe its was personal?

   I call them "The Car Whisperers" because they seem to be able to reach an understanding about cars that other places can't and they just get the job done. My yellow Lupo was the curse of my old garage and was probably glad to see the back of it, but the friendly crew at this place never let us down. Great prices, great service, really do go above and beyond. I happily recommend them to friends and family.

   Thought was okay at first we was struggling for money at the time seemed like a good cost to fix but a few months down the line had to go to a garage to have centre pipe fixed and it was corroded beyond repair and this should have come up in the mot. It was not safe to drive and could have come off and caused an accident. I am writing this review in hopes to help atleast one person. I would not recommend this garage one bit as clearly the car was not checked thoroughly and given the opportunity we would have paid to have this fixed if he had just mentioned it. Terrible job in my opinion. Only giving one star as can’t give zero... Thank you for reading
