Left my car here for timing belt change on the 22nd November. When I picked up my car I seen it was damaged by them, they keep insisting they didn’t do it and were really rude. I’m so annoyed I didn’t have a dash cam. Stay well clear from this place horrible people.
Had an issue with my rear light which every place I went to said I needed a new rear light as the seal was damaged and water was leaking in. Ordered a brand new light and got it fitted by them which they didn’t even do properly. It was installed incorrectly which led to in 4 days water leaking inside the new light. As you can see in the picture it’s not even in properly compared to the other side, it’s an original light as well. Went back to them to have them sort it out and they are charging me £50 just to have a look at it which is ridiculous as this is their fault from installing it incorrectly. Guy on the call as well was rude and ended the call while I was asking questions about the situation. Best just avoid this place as they’re rude and unprofessional. If they can’t even fit a light properly imagine trusting them with more important parts of your car I could never imagine. Just go to a more trusted establishment.

Great garage Adrian was brilliant I was quoted 4k just for parts by bmw sytner, Adrian said leave it my bmw with him hel sort it found out the problems in hand gave me a quote, and the price with parts and labour was brilliant could not be happier, drives brilliantly I have finally found a trust worthy mechanic who also does a great job, car drives brilliant and ansa will now be my go to garage, great staff also very happy

Couple of days ago I got booked appointment in ansa motors due to some electrical fault. Exactly central locking issue. My bmw car had been fully locked I could open driver door via only key. Then they diagnosed and provided the report need to change all door locks and charges for those £900. Then I asked what as the issue then explained we diagnosing all doors and locks were faulty so Need to change because of this reason the fuse blown but they really they din check the problem properly without opened any door pannel they without resolving my issue they charged me £85. Today I got fixed myself just opened the door panels and diagnosed the problem only one door lock was faulty just removed the connections and remains works fine. We can change any time that door particularly. I'm sharing this because if anybody having this king of electrical fault don't go this king of garages they will charge more without knowing the exact reason.
