   For the second day now I have been told to ring back the next day for an emergency appointment because they have no dentists working that day, how can a dental practice have no dentists working.

   After moving to a new dental practice due to my dentist retiring .I am now an nhs customer of Parkside Dental Care Bradford Practice. My dentist May is amazing. She is kind understanding and amazing . I wanted to cry as she has made my eroding teeth at the bottom look whole again and preventing further erosion due to gum issues . I've not looked at my teeth for so long as I have worried about the erosion and my gums. I can't thank May enough also the lovely Thamina dental technician. I always suffer with anxiety but I felt so relaxed while I had a teeth clean and three gum line fillings to prevent any further issues with my teeth and gums. Thanks so much I feel like I have been to a spa ... As I haven't felt this good in years regarding my teeth . Thanks so much. Five stars out of five . My son also sees May and I know she will.keep his teeth healthy for his future . Thanks again I will endeavor to keep looking after my gums and teeth . I had a further visit today at the dentist to find my dentist may had kindly returned to. Complete my treatment I had in July . I will miss the kind caring amazing dentist when may finally to leaves the practice but she has made me feel safe at the Parkside practice Along with the fantastic maheen dental assistant. It's very rare to feel cared for these days and I do feel cared for and looked after thankyou to you both .

   I have been here twice now and both times she has been AMAZING! I suffer quite bad with anxiety & have a huge phobia of needles. Every time I have shown signs on panicking she has been more than amazing. She was very gentle & empathetic. I came from carrwood dental surgery and I feel like they don't give off a level of empathy as parkside do and carwood was very rough with the needle. Parkside asked if I would liked it numb and was gentle all the way through letting me know when it will be done and how the process would work. I felt like at carwood surgery they wouldn't tell me much information and would take mic to help me out and not give me right care instructions so they could make more money out of me but I don't feel like this with parkside they've just got to it and gave me a lot of information on my teeth and gums. I am very happy with my services here.

   Horrible experience with the newest dentist they have, previous dentists have been good no issues. I went in and required a filling, as a paying customer i asked what was the best option and specifically advised im not looking for the cheapest option I dont want to keep coming back in, the dentisit recommended a silver filling advising its good and will keep in, I opted this based on her recommendations, she applied the filling without any drilling or cleaning. 2 Months down the line the filling fell out I went back in and they put in temporary white filling and made me book another appointment, a week later half the filling feel out again. I went in today paid for a checkup again and the same dentist offered to put in another silver filling to which i refused I asked for a white filling she advised thats done on private which they can offer they had 2 options one was roughly £125 and the other was around £250 I was extremely angry at this point as questioned her and asked why was i not offered these options and if they will reimburse my checkup costs to ofset for the private options she said no. So in short £90 out of pocket and nothing at to show for it still with a missing filling. I will never go back here again I expect a decent level of service as a paying customer the dentist was not consider at all didnt really care.

   Went yesterday for a check up waited nearly 10 minutes before I got to speak to the receptionist she was on the phone talking to someone about how many kids does she has etc so rude no manners but when you are late they are not happy will cancel your appointment but it's okay if you have to wait for over 1hr it needs to sort out its policy

   Awful dentist try to cancle my appointment cos i have my 3 month baby scan they never awnserd have to wait a long time when you are inside and receptionist is miserable

   Absolutely horrible. Packed out to the rafters. Have to wait an hour after your appointment. Receptionists not very friendly. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody!!! Awful!!!!!
