   I was referred here by 111 after experiencing pain in my mouth. My appointment was at 12:15, but I arrived at 12:00 to give myself plenty of time. The place was shut, and no one was answering the phone. I met two other people who were also waiting for their appointments, and we all stood outside not knowing what to do. We rang 111 to report that we had arrived for our appointments but weren’t being seen. Eventually, someone turned up and let us in, but they didn’t even apologise for being late. Our appointments ended up being half an hour after the scheduled time. That said, the dentist I saw was really lovely and took the time to explain everything to me.

   I visited the practice earlier today to get an emergency dental appointment, ended up having a tooth extracted done at the recommendation of the dentist. I must confess l was fully satisfied my the service l got, very professional, respectful. I highly and again l say l highly recommend this practice. Kudos to the dentist and his professional team.

   Had 2 appointments cancelled within 8 months for a checkup. This one has been cancelled 2 weeks before the appointment after waiting 4 months and without reason. I'll be surprised if im able to see a dentist this year, very shocking service. However it seems the practice have been doing this for years based on others reviews.

   Avoid avoid avoid that all I can say about this practice!!! I have been booking my daughters dental appointments and the waiting time is couple of months when it came to a few days before visit they cancelled due to a shortage of staff. I understand it can happen once but for me it happened 3 times. Receptions very unpleasant and when I asked her about explanation she was rude I don’t recommend this place!!!

   I was a patient here a while ago. The dentist ruined my teeth and damaged the teeth he had worked on. He suggested changing a filling which i didn't need and I have had tooth sensitivity and issues ever since. He also didn't bother filling a cavity which then resulted in him attempting a root canal which a few weeks later damaged and cracked and also damaged my other healthy tooth. I wouldn't recommend this dentist at all. Also I had a horizontal wisdom tooth that was erupted and it should have been removed and I have lost teeth because he didn't remove it when he should have. He just looked at the tooth and said 'interesting'. No care at all, inexperienced. If you want to keep your teeth then don't use this dentist.

   Does anyone know if just a check up cost £82? The receptionist told me that it is £23.80 which is the price in every dentist I have been to other dentist evan in emergency and they all charge £23.80 The dentist at this surgery then told me as soon as I walked in the room it is £60 and £12 for each xray evan the nurse looked shocked at him and he did not look professional to me at all! I just feel like they are a rip off I still didn’t pay the full amount just want to know if thats how much u suppose to pay anyone know about this?

   Receptionists Always helpful and manage to find me an appointment, mr Khan is one of the good ones and really makes u feel at ease as I was hesitant on going they even do late nights sometimes, receptionist was nice enough to call us a taxi and let me and my kids wait inside until it came even though I could see she was ready to go home bless her. Decent dentist all in all, I’m very appreciative of being with them and getting their help x
