Communication was excellent throughout, with clear updates and genuine feedback on the issues with my car. They even took the time to show me the faulty parts, which gave me real confidence in the work being carried out. It was refreshing to see such a genuine interest in diagnosing and fixing the faults properly rather than just ticking boxes. To top it all off, when my car was returned it was spotless – cleaner than the day I bought it – and they’d even added a great air freshener, which was a brilliant touch. Beth and the team are always so helpful and excellent customer service. As a first time car owner and new driver, they explain everything and are never judgemental when answering questions. I have been for MOTs and Head lamp replacements, they given quotes, helped source parts and been really good at helping to accommodate drop off and pick ups due to my working hours and the store times. Fast, friendly and reliable- they were recommended to me via word of mouth and have not disappointed.

UNR have serviced my car for many years, their work is always of high quality and more than happy to explain anything. I always feel reassured that the work is done and is needed (unlike past experience with main franchises which charged for unnecessary work). A great garage and a true example of high standards.
Booked vehicle in for diagnostics to investigate airbag warning light issue and another issue with the parking sensors. Hadn't used UNR Automotive before but the reviews looked good and I liked the fact that they were VW specialists. Very impressed with the service I received. Beth in reception was very friendly as was Mitch, the mechanic. He kept me informed on the results of the diagnostics and how they fixed the issues. They also carried out a vehicle health check and made us aware of a potential wear and tear issue. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was repaired on the same day at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend, especially if you have a VW group vehicle.
Taken my vehicle to UNR Autos to have work done , only to return to damage to my vehicle, when questioned about the damage the owner completely denied ownership of the damaged done to the vehicle, the job was not completed to satisfaction,and was then told I should have taken it to a Bodyshop and told me it was not charging me for the job and gave me my keys, after him quoting me for the job and taking it on , I was really disappointed and upset to find my vehicle in the state I received it in , after returning with footage to show him the vehicles condition 15 mins prior to arrival to his garage, his response was appalling, was not interested, and was interested in showing me any of his footage he claimed he had also , I would definitely not use or recommend this garage to anyone, due to his dishonesty and unprofessional conduct, I was very very upset , who wouldn’t be after finding damage to your vehicle, check your vehicle before leaving it , and make a note

Once again fantastic work from Mitch and his mechanics and also the lovely Beth. Van drives wonderful now all bushes have been replaced, and gripped well to the road with its new boots. Highly recommended for any issues.
To be honest who doesn't hate taking an old vehicle for a MOT,all I can say is I'd rather take it to "Up N Running"than anyone else, they take the time to engage with customers which I find refreshing and helpful when you have a large Bill to pay,"Keep on Running Lad's".
